What was your Protein Power Hour today?
I hope a lot of people post, because I am looking for ideas

My Power Hour is always my breakfast with a protein shake
worth 30 grams of protein:
1 cup of skim milk, a sliced fresh peach, one scoop of Whey Gourmet Strawberry and Banana Protein powder (worth 23 grams of protein)= 31 grams of protein out of my 90 grams of protein that I need to have.
Since Ive never been a breakfast person, a shake is quick and easy to make and drink.
