I am posting a bit early because I don't know if I will be home tonight... What was your Protein Power Hour today? I hope a lot of people post, because I am looking for ideas {Protein Power Hour is a challenge... simply post a meal that you had today that included at least 1/3 of your daily protein intake goal.}

As usual it's my lunch. Protein Shack with 8oz CC Chocolate Milk and 1 scoop of Isopure Dutch Chocolate = 33 grams of protein And it's so yummy

Hey Mary! My PPH was my snack after lunch... 6 oz CC w/ a scoop of protein = 32 Grams

My protein power hour was this afternoon: I had a shake w/ 1 scoop Nectar Fuzzy Navel w/ 1 c CC FF milk - it was okay. I would rather have had a real cool, refreshing Fuzzy Navel wine cooler, but I gagged it down. I liked the cottage cheese mixed w/ it better. Karla 337/224/150

Hi M.M. ! My Power Hour is always my breakfast with a protein shake worth 30 grams of protein: 1 cup of skim milk, a sliced fresh peach, one scoop of Whey Gourmet Strawberry and Banana Protein powder (worth 23 grams of protein)= 31 grams of protein out of my 90 grams of protein that I need to have. Since Ive never been a breakfast person, a shake is quick and easy to make and drink. Nancy B
