Hi Ladies, How is everyone's day going? Mine is good. I worked for a few hours then did some running around and getting ready for the weekend!
My menu~
B~ Vanilla power crunch bar
S~ SF Popsicle
L~ Turkey club lettuce wrap.. turkey, turkey bacon, cheese, red onion, ff mayo wrapped in a lettuce leaf & a pickle spear YUM!
S~ 6 oz CC milk w/ a scoop of protein
D~ 1/2 c. Taco soup sprinkled with cheese

Ive poached 10 quarts of peaches to make into peach cobblers and peach jam, simmered half a bushel of Roma tomatoes for sauce, cleaned and blanched another 8 quarts of green beans for the freezer and Ive got the biggest cantelope Ive ever see sitting on my kitchen counter!
B protein drink( 1 cup of skim milk, one scoop of Whey Gourmet Strawberry & Banana protein powder/23 grams of protein, and one ripe peach, sliced, and a pinch of cinnamon)= 31 grams!
S piece of cheese = 6 grams protein
L small salad (with cold barbequed chicken, carrots and red cabbage pushed thru the grinder, finely chopped celery, romaine lettuce and cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, pecan pieces and light poppyseed dressing) = 25 grams protein!
S piece of cheese= 6 grams protein!
D small salad (same as for lunch)= 25 grams!
TOTAL grams of protein for Friday, Aug 18th = 93 grams!

It's been a long, hot Friday here in East Texas. I'm glad I don't have to get up too early tomorrow.
On the menu:
B: 1/2 c Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowl
S: handful of nuts
L: 1/2 Chicken Cordon Bleu, 1/4 c mixed vegetables, 1 DeTour Protein bar (eaten over 1 1/2 hrs.)
S: Fuzzy Navel protein drink
D: Baked pork tenderloin and asparagus
Vitamins: In
Water: 80 oz. so far
Exercise:

SOooooooo glad its Friday
Only 5 days now left at my current job
Tomorrow I plan on having a very low key "me" day. The mall, the salon, the movies, maybe take myself out to lunch
Today i ate:
B: 5 oz Fage Light Greek Yogurt w/ 1 packet Splenda, 10 blueberries
S: 1/2 Q Smart Bar
L: 2 oz Deli Turkey, 1 oz Jack Cheese (made roll ups)
S: 1/2 Q Smart Bar
D: Insides of an Wheat Lean Pocket Ultra- ate 2 bites of crust.
S: (Plan to have) 1 Carb Control Yogurt tonight
So, as you can see, quite the snacky day for me... but I did not do any sort of supplement or protein drink, so I had to (I could never get in protein from 3 meals of food a day)
