~*saturday protein power hour*~
my Breakfast was my protein shake:
protein drink (1 cup of skim milk/10 gram), one scoop of "Whey Gourmet" Strawberry & Banana protein powder/23 grams of protein, and a ripe peach, sliced, with a pinch of cinnamon)= 31 grams!
and I had a protein-filled salad at lunch:
small salad (with cold barbequed chicken thigh, carrots and red cabbage chopped fine in my electric grinder, finely chopped celery, romaine lettuce & cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, pecan pieces and light poppyseed dressing) = 25 grams protein!
