Did you have a protein power hour today? I had 8 oz Carb Countdown Choco Milk w/ 1 scoop of Nectar Cappucinno, over ice. 31g protein How about you?

my Breakfast was my protein shake: protein drink (1 cup of skim milk/10 gram), one scoop of "Whey Gourmet" Strawberry & Banana protein powder/23 grams of protein, and a ripe peach, sliced, with a pinch of cinnamon)= 31 grams! and I had a protein-filled salad at lunch: small salad (with cold barbequed chicken thigh, carrots and red cabbage chopped fine in my electric grinder, finely chopped celery, romaine lettuce & cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, pecan pieces and light poppyseed dressing) = 25 grams protein! Breakfast was 6 oz FF CC milk w/ 1 scoop of champion whey.. cookies n cream protein 32 grams of protein!!

My protein power hour was an Iced Mocha Latte w/ protein powder: 1 c CC Choc. Milk, 2 packets splenda, 2 tsp. instant decaf coffee, and 1 scoop Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla Isopure, mixed and iced added. + 33 g. protein Karla
