This may not be anything new for some of you... but to those who haven't tried it... Greek style yogurt is great; my new fave food. The 0% Fat kind is much like sour cream and can be used as such for dips, sauces, toppings ect. Recently though, I discovered the 2% variety and when I add a packet of Splenda to it, it tastes much like cheescake batter. YUM! Here are the stats for the 2%: (Per 7 oz container) Cals~ 130 Fat~ 4g Carbs~ 8g Protein~ 17g Since its so soft, I can eat about 5 oz with a few chuncks of fruit thrown in. Anyway, if you don't already eat it, give it a try. I buy mine at the local grocery store, but I know it is cheaper at Trader Joes if you have one nearby. I buy the Fage brand.

I find it it usually on the top or the bottom shelf, by the yogurt. They usually just have a few containers of each, since I doubt its that big of a seller. Hope you find it... its good.

Thanks for sharing that. I'll have to look for this the next time I go grocery shopping.
