~*Protein Power Hour*~
This morning I had 1 C. Carb/Caloire Countdown Chocolate Milk before work, then 45 min later when I got to work I had 5 oz Fage Yogurt. Both = 20g. That was the highest protein hour I had today
This is why I/we need this post... ideas of what you are all eating to meet your protien goals... so post away friends!

I had a profect, 25g, and then 15 minutes later, ate a yogurt for another 8g, total 33g for that hour.
Oh, I tried that Elvis thingy...peanut butter and banana with a bit of SF hazelnut syrup. YUM!!!! I think I've had more fun TELLING people about it.
I think I may go make another one right now.....

I didn't have a good PPH today, either. Didn't plan well enough. The closest I had was 3/4 c protein SF/FF banana pudding = 15 g + 1 1/2 slices luncheon meat ham and 1 Tbsp. LF cr. cheese w/ chives = 8 g for a total of 23 g. I have to hit the protein shakes and/or cottage cheese again!
