How is everyone doing today? Just another slow Monday for me. Nothing exciting going on in my neck of the woods.
My menu~
B~ 6 oz cc w/ scoop of protein
L~ Baked chicken leg (no skin) & 1/4 c. chopped broccoli sprinkled w/ cheese
D~ Baked fish & salad w/ cheese, cucumber, red onions and lite ranch
S~ 4 oz cc w/ half scoop of protein
My Totals:
Calories~ 488
Fat~ 13
Carbs~ 15
Protein~ 81
Water: 18 oz so far..
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk

Hey there Kay. I had too much to do today.
On the menu:
B: 1/2 c Jimmy Dean Breakfast skillet w/ egg
L: 1/2 c tuna salad w/ a few South Beach whole wheat crackers
S: handful of trail mix
D: Chinese Chicken and veggies
S: Protein pudding (Banana cream)
Vitamins: In
Water: 64 oz. so far, much more to go
Exercise: 15 minutes on bike this morning

Hello all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I went to VA beach for the weekend and had a blast. Today I spent my time winding down from the weekend. Here's what's on my menu today:
B- Atkins shake
L- turkey and LF meunster cheese on a LC Whole Wheat tortilla w/ some LF mayo....sooooo good! The mission tortillas are the best! Then some CC Choc milk 1/2 hr later
S-protein cappuccino w/ SF coolwhip on top...some cheese a while later
D- will be having some baked tilapia, a little rice, some green beans
S- may have some jerky nuggets later
Kay....try some FF feta cheese and greek or FF italian dressing on top of cucumbers. Sooooo good!!! My friend was looking at me like i was on drugs because of my concoction.

I had a really good dinner tonight. It was actually my leftovers from lunch yesterday. We went to my favorite resturant, Bob Chins Crab House. They have the best salad bar around so I ate salad bar yesterday for lunch and brought home my entre. Can't tell you what a weird look I got from my server to ask to have it wrapped to take home when I hadn't taken a bite of it
Anyway, here's my menu:
Breakfast: 1/2C lf cottage cheese and 10 green grapes
Lunch: Protein shake with cc chocolate milk and 1 scoop Isopure and 5 grapes
Dinner: 4oz Blackened Halibut & 1/2C fresh Green Beans - very yummy





I wasnt counting my protein til tonight and I was shocked when I realized how fast Id managed to get to that total!
B peach/banana protein shake=30 grams protein
S piece of cheese= 6 grams protein
L 1 cup of homemade "high protein soup" sprinkled w/ parm cheese (soup is made w/Roma tomatoes, simmered for hours and mashed , onions, celery, garlic, summer savoury, parsley, all put thru my blender then added LOTS of extra-lean ground beef, salt and pepper and simmer another few hours)= 30 grams of protein
S piece of cheese= 6 grams protein
D 1 cup cottage cheese w/ one large diced up ripe peach=30 grams protein
S "Skinny Cow" fudgicle =3 gram protein
TOTAL=105 grams of protein
vitamins, iron, B12, calcium..2 1/2 litres of water
