What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Hi ladies
How is your day going? Mine is ok. I work for nyt newspaper from home but on occasion I have to go to the office to do paperwork. So I was there 3 hours then came home and cleaned my house and watched tv. That's about it..
My menu~
B~ Orange Matrix Protein shake
S~ Land O lakes cheese snack
L~ Baked chicken leg (no skin) & salad with cheese, cucumber and lite ranch
D~ 2 oz Can chicken breast & broccoli sprinkled w/ cheese
S~ 4 oz CC with 1/2 scoop of Nectar capp.
My totals:
Calories~ 585
Fat~ 20
Carbs~ 17
Protein~ 84
Water.. 36 oz so far
Vitamins.. on track
Exercise.. 1 mile walk away the pounds dvd since it's raining

Hey girls! I'm on my way out the door for work, so here's my menu:
B- 1 scr. egg w/ cheese, 3 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice toast w/ marg. and SF jam 8 oz. CC choc milk about 1 1/2 hr later
L- 1 pc. deli turkey, 2 slices LF meunster cheese w/ mustard and 1 pc. flatbread, 3 cucumbers w/ LF ranch, some yogurt about 10 mins. later
D- protein iced coffee- 34 g protein
S- (I'll have)- 4 cucumber slices w/ 1 oz. FF feta and FF italian drsg on top

My menu is boring as usual, but I'm going to try a few new recipes in the next few days.
B: powercrunch bar--did you see that they changed their wrappers?
S: none
L: cantaloupe & cottage cheese
S: cheese/pnut butter crackers
D: 3/4 tuna sandwich on rye toast, a couple pieces of watermelon
S: probably nothing
Hey Kay. It finally started raining here, too tonight. We really needed the rain.
On the menu:
B: 1 c 1% cottage cheese w/ 4 splenda apricot halves
S: handful of trail mix
L: 1/2 c tuna salad w/ a few South Beach whole wheat crackers
D: 1/2 chicken enchilada w/ queso; 1/2 chicken taco al carbon & a few bites of beans and rice
S: Protein Banana pudding & 1 SF popsicle bar

L the inside of 2 egg rolls and 2 large shrimps= 6 grams of protein (business lunch at a Chinese Restaurant)
second lunch, later:
small salad w/lots of minced cold chicken and shredded cheese= 25 grams protein
(I love my electric grinder!)
S piece of cheese= 6 grams
D one cup of cottage cheese with sliced ripe peaches= 30 grams protein
S a "Skinny Cow" fudgicle= 3 grams protein
TOTAL = 100 grams of protein
iron, calcium, vitamins, B12 and 2 1/2 litres of water
