I had "chicken enchilada" insides today
Recipe:
Combine in bowl the following, microwave for 2-3 min.
3 oz canned chicken breast
1 oz reduced fat cheddar jack cheese, shredded
3-4 diced jalapeno slices
2 Tbs. cream of chicken & mushroom soup, undiluted
Salt to taste
= 27g protein
