Hello!!!! I am back and some updates
How is everyone doing? The board seems slow.
After a fun fuilled visit to NYC, I am happy to be home.
I think I walked 30 miles while there. I wish I would have thought to take a pedometer. I came home 5 pounds heavier than when I left. The only thing I can figure is it is water weight b/c I started my period while there. And my new rings were tight I know for a a fact I did not eat an extra 17000 calories.
I started back to the gym yesterday. I have been very lax about going. I was happy to see that I still had it in me. I started with the elliptical and did the "weight loss" circuit. I kept my heart rate in target for over 18 minutes and never let it go out of the weight loss range indicator. I am going today to workout on the weights.
Do you sweat? I sweated like a pig yesterday. I usually do not work up a sweat like that. The gym is air conditioned, so it was not hot. I wonder if the water retention has anything to do with it.
