How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Today has gone by so slow. I went and paid a couple bills, stopped by the post office, walked around Big Lots for an hour then came home and did some paperwork for an hour. Now I'm home chillin in the AC. How was your day??
My Menu~
B~ 1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled w/ cheese
S~ 6 green grapes
L~ Capp. Protein shake
D~ Baked fish filet & 4 broiled med. shrimp
S~ Few peices of beef jerky ( 1/2 oz)
My totals:
Calories~ 547
Fat~ 21
Carbs~ 17
Protein~ 77
Water: 38 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk

I have felt so unmotivated today. Just in general (i.e. need to clean my room- not going to, needed to go to the store- didn't, need to eat- really don't want to) *sigh* just one of those days.
But, good things are ahead... tomorrow is my last day at the borning law firm!
Which just brings me to the weekend! YAY!
Here is what I have had today:
B: Chocolate Protein Drink w/ Pbutter
L: About 2/3 of the chicken from the South Beach frozen Chicken Caprese meal
S: 5 soy crisps, a few sliced almonds (maybe 3 total almonds)
D: (have yet to eat, plan to have) Insides from one lean pocket ultra supreme whole wheat thingy. I usually eat all the insides and two small bites of the crust, I have estimated the totals accordingly.

Man, lately it seems I keep pushing the upper limits of my fat/carbs and barely meeting my protein goal


Kay and Mary: If you want to not be bored, come to work w/ me in Texas for a few days. My days are flying by. Also, I am now in charge of selling Spirit T-shirts at every football game in Livingston. I really thank my friend who volunteered me for the job. I have to do it or find someone who will sell them at 7th & 8th grade games, 9th grade games, JV White team games, JV Green team games, and Varsity games. Oh well, I'll probably be bored when my son graduates in a few years!

S: 1/2 c Jimmy Dean Breakfast Skillet w/ scrambled egg
L: 1/4 c tuna salad and a few South Beach whole wheat crackers\
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: combo burrito guts from Taco Bell & 1/2 c Protein Banana Creme Pudding
Vitamins: done
Water: 64 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: workout on Bowflex weight machine this morning.

Hi everyone. I'm hours late, but I'm at work and was busy when I walked in the door. Here's what I had yesterday....and it ain't pretty
:
12 a.m- 1 Fage total 0% Greek yogurt w/ 2 splendas and some strawberries
4 a.m.- attempted to eat some Stallone pudding but
. It was gross! I used to like it. So instead I had 3 graham crackers
4:30 a.m.- was bored so had 2 saltines and 3 more friggin graham crackers
7:30 a.m.- 1/2 scrambled egg w/ 1 pc. canadian bacon during breakfast with the girls and then had 5 pita chips and 1 pk. of 100 calorie doritos when I got home a half hour later
...somebody smack me!!!!!
then I snoozed only to wake up at 1 p.m. to eat more friggin pita chips!!!!! But then I had some protein hot chocolate
6 p.m.- 2 oz. pork chops, 2 tbsp rice, 2 tbsp green beans
got to work at 7 p.m. and then had 2 cups of popcorn!!!!
. Then I had way too many tortilla chips a little later and more friggin popcorn!
. What in sam hell is wrong with me??? I've been overdoing it on the carbs again and I don't know why
. I'm not on my cycle this week, I'm not stressed, I'm just acting like an ass! Not only that, but I haven't been working out like I should be. That being said, I've noticed that whenever I don't work out for a few days that's when I start eating out of control. I need to get it together. I need a miracle, folks....I need a miracle

Happy Thursday, everyone!
Well it was cooler, overcast all day with threats of rain for the entire weekend here!
Another day making meat sauce for pasta...we have Roma tomatoes growing from two huge bushes, each the size of our outdoor barbeque!
Then I drove up into Niagara Falls for a manicure, indulging myself, but I am worth it *s* then I stopped at a frozen food store (M&Ms)...dont know if they exist in the States but Im sure you have an equivalilent...I wanted to buy some garlic shrimp that were on sale this week and ended up buying a little bit more than that...oh oh.. I wonder if that's still part of my dysfunctional eating disorder...even tho I cant EAT the stuff, I BUY it! Mind you, its all healthy stuff...I said NO to the lemon meringue pies and the new ice flavours...yayy, me!
Visited mother...she is cancelling out of her day time boat cruise tommorrow because she is worried about the lack of circulation in her feet..they are turning purple...yet this syptom has been prevalent for years....mother tends to self-diagnose and decided to stop taking her BP meds and dieuretics since they obviously are the cause of her concern...sheesh!! She is driving me crazy!! At least Ive got her to stay on the meds and see the doctor to find out why an 87 yr old woman had purple veins on her feet...*sighs*
Im alone for dinner tonight,,JB is at Danny's to lay out the markings for the placement of his barn they are building and Derek just came home from a haulage job , showered , dressed up and took off out the door for dinner with friends..so here I sit enjoying my quiet time*s*
