The closest I came was my morning drink... today it was: 1 Scoop Champion Chocolate 1 Tbs. Peanut Butter 10 oz Water = 27g Protein I wish I could find more actual foods to eat to meet my PPH goals :/

I actually had 2 today: Protein shake with cc chocolate milk = 33 grams and; My dinner was a SB frozen meal that had 33 grams of protein!

Hey Mary You always post about using choc. cc milk instead of reg. cc milk with you capp. protein so today I tried it... It was YUMMY!!! Thanks for the idea. My PPH.. Lunch.. 1 soop of IDS capp. protein, 8 oz of Choc. cc milk and a splash of SF Kalu Caffe' syrup = 34 grams My dinner had a pretty good amount of protein too = 23 grams Have a good night, Kay

My PPH was my protein shake this morning and it was really good: 1/2 c FF CC milk, 1/2 c orange juice, 1/2 banana, 1 scoop creamy vanilla ZeroCarb Isopure protein, and a little SF vanilla syrup. I blended it in the Magic Bullet and added a little ice and it was really good. It had 30 g protein. Karla 337/221/150

Thanks for sharing the drink recipe... sounds like a refreshing change. Do you use regular orange juice? or something SF?
