Thanks for posting Lori I have tried the La Tortilla wraps and they are great! I usually eat the small ones. They are big enough to make a nice wrap for lunch or dinner. I've been having several a week and they have really helped with my craving for bread

I've been looking for a low carb tortillas for wraps so I'll have to look for these. I agree with you, the bread does taste good. It's the only bread I eat now. I get mine from Super Walmart and it's a little different... 60 calories .. 7 carbs and 6 protein Kay

These are great!!!! Here's the nutritional info: 80 cals 2 g fat 12 carbs, 8 g fiber 3 g protein I've been using these as bread for making sandwiches or eating hamburgers. They are reallllllly good. I've been using the FlatOut wraps... I get mine at Walmart. The light ones are pretty low in carbs... I cut them in half and they are the perfect size... I use the Sundried Tomato ones for making pizza's. Throw on a little low carb pizza sauce and some meat and cheese and bake them for a few minutes... they are really good! Here are the stats for them Sundried Tomato Light FlatOut Wraps (remember this is for a whole one, which is WAY too much) Cal = 90 Fat = 2.5 Carb= 17 ( - 9g of fiber = 8 net carbs) Pro= 9 The Original Carbdown Light FlatOut wraps (remember this is for a whole one, which is WAY too much) Cal = 90 Fat = 2.5 Carb= 16 ( - 9g of fiber - 1g Sugar alcohol = 6 net carbs) Pro= 9 I hope this helps someone out there looking for a bread substitute... They are good and fairly cheap... mine are $2.00 for 6, which I cut in half. Angela
