Whatcha Eating on Friday?
Happy Friday, Ladies!!!
How's everyone today? I'm good. I'm so ready for the weekend to get here. I didn't really do much today except work for a couple hours then an old friend came by to see me. We stayed in the house and talked. She couldn't believe how much I have changed! I don't really have anything planned this weekend. We are just gonna see what exciting pop's up.
My menu~
B~ 1 egg omlet with ham and cheese
L~ Nectar Capp. Protein shake
S~ 2 SF popsicles
D~ 2 oz Chicken breast & salad w/ cheese, cucumber, crutons and lite ranch
S~ 1/2 protein shake
I've been obsessing over fitday lately so I just go figure out how much protein something has. So All I'm gonna post is my protein. Why I'm stressing calories, fat and carbs after my surgeon told me not to.. I don't know.
Protein~ 78 grams
Water: 44 oz so far
Vitmains: on track
Exercise: 1 mile walk away the pounds dvd (dont feel like going outside)

I am going to get a haircut tomorrow and go to Baltimore for a minor league baseball game... it should be fun.
I have had such a WONDERFUL food day. Pretty proud of myself... here it is~
B: Iced Protein Latte (1 C. CC Choco Milk, 1 Scoop Nectar Cappuccino)
L: (went out) had a grilled chicken cobb- ate about 2 oz grilled chicken, 1 cubic inch of roqfort cheese, and a quail egg- no dressing, 2 almonds
D: Insides of chicken enchiladas (3 oz canned chicken, 2 tbs cream chicken/mushroom soup, a few sliced jalapenos, 1 oz RF cheese
TOTALS:
Cals~ 590
Fat~ 24
Carbs~ 14
Protein~ 83
Now, with those totals I may have dessert tonight.

Evening Kay!!!!!! I'm going to a wedding with Tommy tomorrow and am so excited! Our first semi formal outing he he... the Gala rocked, but I'm wearing a DRESS tomorrow!
I have been experiencing super weird changes in my body as my eating habits begin to fail again. I can so tell when I need to eat- I get suuuper tired and Pookie starts talking. So I've tried to eat something all day... I'm not grazing per say... its more of like every two hours have something with protein... it seems to be working so far. I just started doing it two days ago.....
B- Yogurt and Cottage Cheese
S- (at Jack) 2 eggs, piece of sausage and shredded cheese- I ate it like throughout the morning hey hey
L- ( at Jack) Jumbo patty 1 slice american Cheese
S- (After work)Yogurt and cottage cheese
S- Special K Cereal protein plus
D- dunno for dinner, chicken?
I'll see how this works out for me. It seems to have helped my weightloss, it jumpstarted it... have lost 3 pounds since Monday lol. We'll see!!!!

Breakfast 2 egg whites, 1 piece raisin toast.
Lunch-Tikka Chicken Bowl ate the pintos and the grilled chicken breast. Saved the rice for my hubby. 1/4 piece of nana bread. (Usually about the equivalent of 1/2 slice of toast.
Water-Lots about 6 (16.9 oz bottled water)
Protein: Nectar Iced tea mixed with lemon and 2 splendas. Yum! My favorite protein in the world 30 grams!
Dinner-Quien sabe? Maybe some chicken breast and another Nectar Iced Tea.

Hey Kay, sounds like you had a good, relaxing day. I worked, visited my stepfather in the hospital, came home and my son cooked steaks, and then we went to an uncle's birthday party. He turned 84.
On the menu:
B: IDS Belgian Chocolate protein shake made w 1 c CC FF milk - made me wrench in horrible pain an hour or so later. It was a sample I bought and thought I'd try it out. Tasted not so good, then gave me gas pains I guess. After a couple of hours they went away. Don't want that again.
S: a handful of trail mix
L: Tuna salad w/ a few South Beach whole wheat crackers
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: part of a small grilled steak & broccoli w/ cheese
S: 3/4" x 2" piece of birthday cake & 1 Tbsp. vanilla ice cream
Vitamins: In
Water: 92 oz. when I finish the bottle I'm drinking now
Exercise: 20 minutes on bike
