Didn't see the post for today, so I am going to start it... a bit late, but I was out having fun today (as I am sure all of you did too.) B: Q Smart Bar S: Protein Iced Latte (1 Scoop Nectar Capuccino, 1 C. CC Choco Milk, 1 shot SF Vanilla) **PPH** = 31g L: 4 oz LF Cottage Cheese, Sprinkling of shaved almonds, 5 green grapes S: 10 green grapes D: 1/4 C. Turkey Chili no-beans, 1/2 oz shredded LF cheese TOTALS: Cals~ 596 Fat~ 21 Carbs~ 40 Protein~ 68 For the record; I did TERRIBLE with fluids today. I maybe got in 30 oz total

PPH: Protein Iced Mocha Latte - 1 scoop Creamy Vanilla Zerocarb Isopure + 1 c CC Choc. Milk, 2 packets splenda = 33 g protein On the menu: B: 4 bites insides of Sonic Southwestern Burrito - didn't feel like eating it - gave rest to dog S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte L: few bites Hot & Sour egg drop soup w/ Any Whey protein powder, which curdled and made it nasty; 2 slices ham lunch meat 2/ 2 Tbsp. LF cr. chives and a few chives D: 4-5 boiled shrimp, 1 deviled egg half, 4 soy crisps w/ LF Ranch Dip, 1 spice molasses cookie, and 1/4 c angel food cake w/ strawberries and cool whip (my sister shouldn't have made all that) S: 3 Little Cesear Hot Wings, 1 bite Crazy Bread, and 1 SF Popsicle I was gone most of the day and ate weird stuff and didn't exercise. I also didn't eat any weight today. Vitamins: In Water: 96 oz. Exercise: Selling T-shirts at 2 football games Karla 337/220/150

Hey Mary Thanks for posting yesterday! I had a busy day and didn't get home til really late. I started school yesterday and we were going non stop after that. My menu~ B~ *PPH* .. 6 oz Choc. CC milk w/ a scoop of Nectar cappuccino = 29 grams L~ 1/2 a hotdog (no bun) w/ mustard, 4 strips of steak w/ few grilled onions, 1 onion ring S~ 2 motz. cheese sticks D~ 1 hotdog (no bun) w/ mustard and chili and 1/2 a grilled chicken finger S~ 6 HOT pork rinds My eating was off today with some not so healthy choices but it was good All my food came from vendors. Water 50 oz .. Exercise.. a lot of walking uptown Vitamins.. YEP! Kay
