Hi girls How is everyone doing today? I'm good. We have a relaxing Sunday afternoon. After church we stayed on the couch and watched movies. We have decided to get up and go out to dinner and enjoy the rest of the evening. I'll come back and post my menu later because I have no clue what we are gonna eat for dinner. I just know seafood. Hi Kay, Sounds like you're having a relaxing Sunday. I've spent most of the day altering some of my new clothing. I'm trying to get everything ready for my new job. I'm so darn short, even petites have to be hemmed & taken in at the hips. Here's my menu: B: powercrunch bar S: nothing L: watermelon & cottage cheese (don't knock it till you try it ) S: a whole entire banana--unusual for me but I ate the whole thing D: 1/2 ham & cheese burrito. 2 slices of bacon on top of fresh tomatoes from hubby's garden---yummmmm real tomatoes! S: probably none

Hey Kay - looks like you had a nice day. We went to SS and church, to visit my step-father in hospital, out to lunch w/ the family, and then to my mom's to move a lift recliner in place for when her husband gets home. I took my son home, mom back to the hospital, and then went to Walmart. I have exercised, ironed, and finished laundry. I am tired and ready to rest up after a shower and supper. On the menu: B: 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ splenda fruit & cinnamon S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte L: 1/4 c chopped beef w/ sauce, 1 pickle slice, 1/2 piece bread w/ crust torn off, 2 pieces squash (fried ) and 1/2 onion ring S: handful of trail mix D: baked salmon Vitamins: done Water: 72 oz. so far, more to go Exercise: 30 minutes on bike, worked out on weight machine Karla 337/220/150

Hi ladies (and gents for those out there). My day was nice. I didn't get in until 3 this morning due to a night out with the girls. We had a lot of fun, and the bermuda shorts I bought for last night.....size 10!!!! And fit perfectly!!! But I woke up kinda late today, went to the gym then to my parents house for dinner. I'm taking my nephew to a meet and greet tomorrow morning at his school...my baby is starting kindergarten!!! Then he starts kindergarten Tuesday, so I'll be there then taking a million pics as he gets on the bus, then I'll follow him to school so I can take pics there too!! I know...like I'm the proud parent or something. My brother is a nervous nelly about him starting school, so I'll be there to calm his nerves. Anywho, here's what I had: B- Special K protein plus w/ 8 oz. CC milk and some granola L- greek salad w/ 1 oz. FF feta cheese, 2 oz. grilled chicken and some CC Choc. milk 1/2 hr. later D- 1 baked drumstick, small handful of salad, about 2 tbsp of fried zucchini and tomatoes....so good!! Then..... I had about a serving of low sodium chips and about 7 animal crackers I worked out today for a while....it was a good workout, so hopefully the chips were counteracted. I better behave tomorrow! April

I kinda took the day "off" with regards to eating. I still tried to make good choices, but I did not really plan anything I ate (usually I must, or I don't get in my daily goals)... so, considering that, I did ok. Its nice to take a semi-break every now and then. B (Noon): 1 C. CC Choco Milk w/ 1 Scoop Nectar Capuccino L/D (It was like at 4:45pm): 3 oz Thai Tuna, 6 ritz Crackers S: 10 green seedless grapes S: 1 NSA Icecream bar S: 2 small bites of pumpkin bread TOTALS: Cals~ 595 Fat~ 22 Carbs~ 50 Protein~ 50 Considering the facts, I at least ate as many protein as carbs... so I feel ok about it. Could have been a lot better, but it could have also been a lot worse.

We decided to treat ourself to Red Lobster for dinner and it was YUMMY! Besides dinner, I didn't eat a thing but the amount I ate, made up for it. B~ 8 oz Choc. CC milk L~ None D~ 1/2 a lobster tail, 4 broiled shrimp, 2 fried shrimp, 3 crab legs, about 1/4 of a baked potato and picked at my salad w/ ff ranch. S~ SF popsicle Exercise.. NONE Vitmains.. done Water.. 30 oz Protein~ 45 grams

Hello, everyone! sorry to be so late getting online...Ive worked all day til 7:30 pm at the annual 3 day Wings & Wheels event here at the local Niagara District Airport. The business I work with has a catering section and we feed the thousands of people who come to see the exhibits and the air shows. Its fun, exciting and exhausting! I just wore a denim dress and matching hat with my hair up..not too fancy..just wanted to stay cool. I took a long an insulated cooler bag with ice packs and 6 cans of Atkins Advantage choclate protein shakes to keep in my trunk so i can just drink them all day instead of worrying about finding suitable food to eat. Then the tourist busses started arriving and it got crazy...but our staff is experienced and didn't need much direction at all so I had a chance to wander around and see the exhibits and watch the air show and look at all the show cars and my favourite part, get to see the exotic animal exhibits. Of course I ran into many locals who knew me and everyone wants to chat...I got back to the pavilion and took a lot of cash from the cashbox so it isnt sitting out and stashed that safely away in the trunk of my car then I took over the cash to give the staff some help...it was hot and muggy though overcast, threatening to rain... One of the Blue Angels came by to chat and there's even a lady pilot who does stunt flying! And she is petite and beautiful and doesn't at all look her age.The mayor dropped by and a few other aldermen and women! Luckily the rain held off all day and I was able to finally leave 8:30 pm... the show officially ends 8 pm, leaving the staff to pack up and trailer the huge professional stainless steel barbeque back to the farm and de-grease it all. And this is what I ate today: B strawberry-pineapple protein shake = 30 grams of protein S Atkins Advantage chocolate protein drink= 15 grams of protein L Atkins Advantage chocolate protein drink= 15 grams of protein S Atkins Advantage chocolate protein drink= 15 grams of protein D Atkins Advantage chocolate protein drink= 15 grams of protein S finally at home, small salad with cheese cubes, lettuce, seeds and nuts & light dressing (needed something to CHEW)= 10 grams of protien TOTAL GRAMS OF PROTEIN= 100 Nancy B
