What's on YOUR menu for Monday?

How is everyone's day going? I've been busy getting ready for school. I finally got my schedule together. I had to enroll in a Medical keyboard class in order to take the Medical Technology coarse but I learned that I can test out of Medical keyboarding so I did today and I start Medical Technology Wed. I'll be going on Mon, Wed, and Fri. from 9 to 1. I'm pretty excited that I'm going back to school.
My menu~
B~ 3 strips of turkey bacon
L~ Red Lobster leftovers.. 3 crab legs, 1/2 a lobster tail and 6 broiled shrimp
S~ 6 oz Choc. cc w/ 1/2 scoop of Nectar capp.
D~ Baked chicken leg (no skin) & Salad w/ cheese, cucumbers, croutons and lite ranch
S~ Beef Jerky
Protein = 75 grams
Water~ 56 oz so far
Vitamins~ on track
Exercise~ 1.5 mile walk and walking around campus.

It's been an icky rainy day here in Chicagoland. Not storms just constant rain all darn day long.
Here's my menue so far:
Breakfast: 1/2 C lowfat cottage cheese and 10 green grapes
Lunch: Protein Shake with CC Chocolate Milk and 1 scoop of Isopure Dutch Chocolate
Snack: 2 chuncks of honeydew melon
Haven't quite decided what to have for dinner yet
Will probably have 1C of tuna walnut grape salad. I made some yesterday and it was really good

Hey gals! I worked today, got a lot accomplished, came home and fed animals, washed the dishes, cooked supper, and am fixing to eat a little, then go get my son from football practice, run him home, and go to Athletic Boosters. Maybe I'll be home by 8:00! My husband has already made it 1/2 way across the US and is in West Texas right now. He'll be home by noon tomorrow. He said he's gonna stop tonight in San Antonio and come in thru Houston tomorrow to drop off something for work.
On the menu:
B: Protein Vanilla/orange/banana shake
S: 1/2 protein bar
L: LF pimento cheese w/ a few South Beach whole wheat crackers & a handful of trail mix
S: SF popsicle
D: Sloppy Joe guts
S: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ true lime & splenda
Vitamins: done
Water: 92 oz. so far
Exercise: 23 minutes on bike

It was my first day at the new job: and it is WONDERFUL!
B: Protein Iced Latte (1 scoop nectar, 1 cup chocolate carb countdown milk)
L: 3 oz Lemon Pepper Tuna, 5 ritz crackers
D: Homemade chicken salad (3 oz canned chicken, 10 sliced grapes, 1 Tbs of shaved almonds, 2 tbs mayo)
TOTALS:
Cals~723 (the mayo did it)
Fat~ 39 (again, the mayo)
Carbs~ 27
Protein~ 72
Water: slacking big time
Vits: Done
Exercise: Nope, but hopefully will be on track this week (as there is a gym at my new workplace)
Hi all! Kay, congratulations on going back to school. My best friend and I always say we wish we could go back to college for a month....it was sooo much fun. But I guess that's what we get for getting older....we must move on! Today, my day was filled with nothing but being busy, but I managed. Here's what I had:
B- protein iced coffee w/ 1 splenda Hazelnut packet= 39 g protein
L- Atkins shake
S- Luna Bar
D- We went to Phillips (a seafood restaurant) for dinner in Baltimore today. Had a great time with my girlfriends! And I ate! I had: 2 oz. salmon, 1 shrimp, half of a crabcake, 2 big cucumbers, some Maryland crab soup, a couple bites of bread.....then I ate the rest of the seafood when I got home!
Now I'm off to wor****il 3 a.m....working 4 measley hours!

I figured I'd join in on the menu posts so I can keep track of what I'm eating.
B 3/4 egg, 3/4 slice of wheat toast (dog had rest)
L 1/2 insides of grilled chicken sandwich from Wendy's
S 1 scoop of strawberries and cream zero carb isopure in 8 oz 1% milk (32g protein)
D Lean cuizine
Not too sure of total protein or calories because I don't actually count these any more.
I just try to eat healthy and my nutritional status is fine according to my labs ( and I'm losing weight.)
Fluids: about 60oz.
