Hello ladies How is everyone? I'm good. I'm just praying that this darn hurricane stays away!!! Is anyone close or in flordia?? I did some running around today getting my last minute books and supplies for school tomorrow and that's about it. Now I'm jus****ching the weather channel tracking the hurricane. My menu~ B~ 4 oz Blueberry carb/sugar control yoguart S~ Q smart bar L~ Crab & Shrimp salad.. crab in pouch, shrimp, hb egg, ff mayo, relish and chopped onion and celery.. YUMMY! D~ Slice of roast beef and a slice of cheese rolled up w/ a dab of mustard S~ 8 oz cc w/ scoop of chocolate protein Protein = 71 grams Water: 36 oz so far Exercise: 1 mile walking dvd Vitamins: oopps!! .. gonna do that right now!! Kay, sorry to hear about the disasterous weather. I hope you and your loved ones are safe and it steers clear of you! Today I had: B: Super Protein Latte (1 and 1/2 Scoops Nectar Capuccino, 9 oz CC Choco Milk, 1 Shot SF Vanilla) S: 1 QSmart Bar S: 10 Soy crisps, 1 bite eggplant parmesean D: (Plan to have) Insides from a Ultra Lean Pocket with a bite of the crust TOTALS: Cals~ 627 Fat~ 21 Carbs~ 31 Protein~ 75 Water: still working on it Vits: Done Exercise: 1 mile walk (uphill) after work to grocery store.

Kay, I'm very sorry, I probably mistakenly prayed the hurricane over your way. I wasn't ready for another Katrina or Rita headed Texas way again. I forgot about them going up Florida's coast straight onto Georgia. Not too nice of me, especially since much of my stepfather's family lives in the Washington, GA area and I've stayed w/ them before! I hope it veers right back on out into the Atlantic and stays away from you. Make sure you have batteries, water, and a radio and flashlight and lots of tuna and chicken in cans. My hubby showed up this afternoon. He has to leave again Thursday morning to go back to work and take a trailer load of stuff back to his crew. He's gonna stay a few days there and head back here w/ our Fifth Wheel and get sent off somewhere a little closer like Arkansas, Louisiana, or in Texas for a while, hoping he can see Ben play football a little this fall. He did bring a huge plastic tub full of fresh harvested almonds straight off the trees. He's shelling a few for me. I don't want to mess up my nails. On the menu: B: Protein Iced Mocha Latte S: handful of nuts L: Sloppy Joe guts S: Soy crisps w/ LF Ranch Dip D: Beef tips w/ brown rice and green beans S: 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ lime juice and splenda Vitamins: done Water: 96 oz. so far Exercise: worked out on resistance weight machine this morning Karla 337/218/150

Hi, Hope that hurricane stays away from you! I slept late today and was kind of nauseous all day, so didn't really eat too much. B~ 1 scoop strawberries and cream isopure protein in 1 cup 1% milk L~ 2 slices thin sliced german bologna and 1/2 slice cheese on 1 slice wheat bread D~ 2oz lean boneless pork chop, 1/3 cup broccoli, 2 tsp mashed potato S~ Packet sugar free hot cocoa Fluids: about 40oz. sugar free iced green tea All vitamins Done Not much exercise (didn't feel well) Karen

Hi all! The hurricane wasn't too far from me yesterday as well. It was monsoon raining here outside my window. I know this is a day late, but hey....it's here! Here's what I had ladies: B- protein hot chocolate = 23 g protein S- Muscle Milk protein shake L- 1 oz. deli turkey, 1 oz. LF muenster cheese w/ LF mayo and LC/Whole Wheat tortilla and Carb & Sugar control yogurt S- 1 oz. cheese w/ 5 multigrain crackers adn some CC choc. milk 1/2hr later D- 2 oz. broiled salmon, 1 tbsp rice, 2 tbsp mashed potato, some salad, small pc. of bread/butter and then some Fluids- I don't even know! Exercise- was literally running around all day and then saw my trainer Vitamins- i had all of them except my calcium....2 days in a row I'll remmber today! April
