I was on a 4 day trip and accidently forgot to bring any suppliments. This no liquids on airplanes business is a pain.
There was no GNC and the Whole Foods in that area does not carry Jay Robb Protein nor single serve envelopes. So I ate a lot and was always hungry.
Yesterday, day 4, I wanted to eat my arm, one bite at a time. Luna bars, chicken salad and cheese were not cutting it. I know I was not coming close to 45g, even eating all the time (never much, however). I did maintain my 3 liters of water each day.
So when I got home last night....I had a profect (25g), a soy riblet (17g) with a slice of cheese (4g). Two hours later I had a cracker and slice of cheese (6g). This morning I got up early and ate an egg with cheese and a soy patty (12g) and an hour later, a soy protein drink (38g). For lunch I had another cracker and cheese with a slice of turkey (12g)
My hunger has subsided.
