Whatcha eat on Tuesday?
Just got home from work and selling T-shirts at a Jr. High Ball game. I'm tired.
Here's what's on the menu:
B: 1/2 c cottage cheee w/ splenda fruit
L: 1 c Taco Soup and 2 bites of protein bar
S: 2 c popcorn & 1/2 c protein pudding
D: part of Jack in Box chicken fajita pita insides (gave some to dog)
S: 1 c CC Choc. Milk
Vitamins: done
Water 92 oz. so far
Exercise: worked out on weight machine this morning

I had:
b. 1/2 cup shreded wheat and milk
s. handful of pistachios
l. 2 oz chicken & 1 oz beans
s. 1 oz cheese & 1 pretzel rod
d. 1 oz chicken
s. 2 bites bananna and a few pistachios
I think I was grazing today, I think I do better with no carbs and no nuts. With the carbs added in I crave carbs and with the nuts added in I crave salt.
I had my isopure & water today

I made it through 3 days so far....
Yesterday I had
B~32 ounces of coffee with 2 scoops protein powder..40 gr
S~20 ounces of Isopure 40 gr protein....
L~Chicken
S~Cheese stick low fat 9 gr protein
D~Turkey, ham and cheese slice
Water~~64 ounces
64 ounces of other fluids
Total~128 ounces of fluids
Proteins: 89 plus grams
Exercise~ at least 3 miles of walking today.
All vitamins.....
No scales.....STILL Yay.
