I do miss this regular post... so I am glad you are back!
Today was ok... then I got home from work and was ravenous

B: Iced Protien Cappuccino
L: 7 oz Fage 2% yogurt... I ate it slowly
D: 1/2 c. turkey no bean chili, 1 slice RF cheese, a few soy chips...

threw up some of it... I just ate too much too fast.
S: handful of homemade gronola, viactive calcium, FF NSA Fudgcilce
F: attempted to have another Nectar coffe, this time warm... gross. Only drank 1/2

I rounded the cals/fat/carbs up because I am not sure how much was in the gronola.
