Hiya Ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I'm on the way to Walmart to see Ruben Studdard. He is gonna be there signing CD's. Then on the way home from school I won tickets off the radio to see him at a club tonight. So, I'm posting a little early so I can beat the crowd at walmart.
I hope everyone had a great day. I had school then went out to lunch with some classmates.
Here is my menu..
B~ Protein shake.. made with water.
L~ 1/2 a bowl of Clam chowder and 4 huge broiled shrimp
S~ 1 Bite of my partner's calzone
D~ Rest of my lunch.. 1/2 a bowl of clam chowder and 4 shrimp
S~ Protein shake
Vitamins: on track
Water: 22 oz so far
Exercise: none

Here's my menu- it changed a bit from Jersey's Post:
B- 2 eggs, bacon bits, cheese omelet
S- Shake- chocolate protein, 1/2 banana, 8oz milk
L- 3 oz tuna, pickles, cheese 1 slice bread
S- Yogurt- vanilla protein, 1/2 banana, strawberry yogurt> frozen!
D- 3 oz Tuna
S- 3 Slices Avocado
Cals/Fat/Carbs/Protein: 1109/34/85/118
Vitamins: Check!
Water: So Far I've had 48 oz... but I'll keep drinking all night, it's only 1:30 here
Exercise: Work at Lane Bryant tonight
Kay, that sounds like a lot of fun! I was wondering where he had gone...I haven't heard a song from him in a long time. I was at work last night and went to the dentist afterwards. I HURT! The side of my face and my head was pounding, so I took some tylenol and I feel a little bit better...a little bit. Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- 1 c. cottage cheese w/ 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
3:30 a.m.- carb & sugar control yogurt, cheese stick, 8 turkey pepperoni and some crackers
7:30 a.m.- protein shake 44g protein, 4 saltines bout 1/2 hr. later
11 a.m.- felt kinda snacky
...1/2 serv. pretzel goldfish, 5 FF Pringles
4:30 p.m.- 3 oz. crockpot chicken w/cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. brown rice, 1/4 cup green beans....yum
Will probably have a Blue Bunny NSA ice cream bar for a snack later
Exercise: 1/2 hr. on the elliptical
Vitamins: need my calcium and B12!
Fluids: 48 oz. so far....

exercise: 15 minutes on bike and 100 sit-ups, folded 144 T-shirts
