Hiya Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I'm on the way to Walmart to see Ruben Studdard. He is gonna be there signing CD's. Then on the way home from school I won tickets off the radio to see him at a club tonight. So, I'm posting a little early so I can beat the crowd at walmart. I hope everyone had a great day. I had school then went out to lunch with some classmates. Here is my menu.. B~ Protein shake.. made with water. L~ 1/2 a bowl of Clam chowder and 4 huge broiled shrimp S~ 1 Bite of my partner's calzone D~ Rest of my lunch.. 1/2 a bowl of clam chowder and 4 shrimp S~ Protein shake Vitamins: on track Water: 22 oz so far Exercise: none Have a nice evening, Kay

How Awesome Kay!!!!! Have fun at the club!!!!!!!!! Here's my menu- it changed a bit from Jersey's Post: B- 2 eggs, bacon bits, cheese omelet S- Shake- chocolate protein, 1/2 banana, 8oz milk L- 3 oz tuna, pickles, cheese 1 slice bread S- Yogurt- vanilla protein, 1/2 banana, strawberry yogurt> frozen! D- 3 oz Tuna S- 3 Slices Avocado Cals/Fat/Carbs/Protein: 1109/34/85/118 Vitamins: Check! Water: So Far I've had 48 oz... but I'll keep drinking all night, it's only 1:30 here Exercise: Work at Lane Bryant tonight

Kay, that sounds like a lot of fun! I was wondering where he had gone...I haven't heard a song from him in a long time. I was at work last night and went to the dentist afterwards. I HURT! The side of my face and my head was pounding, so I took some tylenol and I feel a little bit better...a little bit. Here's what I had: 12 a.m.- 1 c. cottage cheese w/ 1/2 c. sliced strawberries 3:30 a.m.- carb & sugar control yogurt, cheese stick, 8 turkey pepperoni and some crackers 7:30 a.m.- protein shake 44g protein, 4 saltines bout 1/2 hr. later 11 a.m.- felt kinda snacky...1/2 serv. pretzel goldfish, 5 FF Pringles 4:30 p.m.- 3 oz. crockpot chicken w/cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. brown rice, 1/4 cup green beans....yum Will probably have a Blue Bunny NSA ice cream bar for a snack later Exercise: 1/2 hr. on the elliptical Vitamins: need my calcium and B12! Fluids: 48 oz. so far.... April

Sounds fun to see Ruben Stoddard. He has a great voice. Have a good time. On the menu: B: Banana/Orange/vanilla protein shake S: handful of SF frosted pecans L: 2 tiny strips brisket and 2 Tbsp. pinto beans S: 100 calorie bag of popcorn & 1/2 c FF CC milk D: 1 c carne guisada S: protein pudding vitamins: done water: 76 oz. so far, more to go exercise: 15 minutes on bike and 100 sit-ups, folded 144 T-shirts Karla 337/201/150

I officially suck... add 200 cals to mine for the 2 pieces of bread I ate when I got home from LB. But I had 120 oz of water!!!!!

Hey Kay, I am late, but here it is... B-1/2c. Egg beaters/Turkey Sausage and RF Cheese L-Small salad/Turkey bacon and RF Cheese D-2 oz. Meatloaf/Pickle S-4 RF Club Crackers/4 Slc. MJ Cheese Vitamins-Done Water-168 oz. Exercise- None today Cals-932 Fat-56 (shouldn't have eaten that MJ Cheese) Carbs-14 Prot-86
