Hey ladies. It's super late but I'm gonna ask anyway. I just got back from driving in from SC. Traffic was horrible so it took a lot longer than normal. My menu~ B~ Protein shake L~ 1 scrambled egg, 2 strips of bacon, few bites of hash browns and 1/2 slice of toast. D~ 2 oz steak and grilled onions Good night, Kay

Hope you had a good weekend, Kay. Here's the menu: B: Scotch eggs: boiled egg w/ sausage wrapped around it and baked; I ate 1/2 of one and a few bites of oatmeal ferrel ( I was at a bed and breakfast and it was cooked for me...I didn't have a lot of control) S: few bites of cashews and protein coffee latte L: roasted chicken, pinto beans, few bites rice, and 1/2 tortilla S: protein pudding, few SF frosted pecans, and 1 bite jalapeno cornbread D: Chili w/ cheese vitamins: done water: 80 oz. exercise: none Karla 337/201/150

Yesterday was an extremely lazy day for me. I needed it! Here's what I had: B- ham and cheese omelet S- 5 RF Ritz w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter L- bologna and cheese on 1 slice wheat bread w/LF mayo, 4 cucumber slices and LF drsg S- total of 4 Vienna cookies D- 1 chicken leg quarter, some okra April
