Home From The Hospital

I just got home from the hospital. 3 hours I was there. Anyway, they did the diagnostic mammogram on the right side, but then they found some "suspecious cells" on the left so they needed to do more films on that side as well. Then I had an ultrasound in the area around the lump. Are we having fun yet? After that the Radiologist came and talked to me and let me know that my surgeon will need to biopsi the left breast as well as the right one. That will be done tomorrow morning first thing. This is getting a bit scarey

Oh, my friend... I am sorry you are going through this. I wish I could be there with you! I agree, though...it is a good thing that it is all happening so quickly. Please continue to keep us posted.
