Ok, I know I've sucked... but I wanna keep this post going for anyone else out there doing it.... KARYN!

Breakfast: 1 slice diet toast, 1 egg, some cheese, 1 oz avocado
Lunch: Powercrunch Bar
Snack: Shake: milk, powder, SF Hershey's Syrup
Dinner:
Totals So Far: 633/25/45/58
Vitamins: Taking Now
Water: Same Drill
Exercise: Work at Jack, then LB

I think you should have a grilled chicken salad for dinner. Whatever kind you like. I eat these often, there is so much variety with what kinds of dressing and toppings you can have. Eating mostly chicken, a few bites of lettuce and some toppings is a great source of lean protein as well and isnt boring.

Helllooooo! I feel like I did a lot better today... yeah I had some mini chocolates and few bites of good bye doughnuts (chick's last day at work)... but I don't feel as awful as I did yesterday or Friday!
Here's my menu for the most part:
Breakfast: 1 slice diet toast, 1 egg, some cheese, 1 oz avocado
Snack: 1/2 Powercrunch Bar
Lunch: Powercrunch Bar
Snack: Had the chocolates around this time
Dinner: 1 egg, 1 slice toast, 2 oz shrimp, 1 oz avocado
Snack: Probably hot chocolate or something warm or another PC Bar for protein... dunno
Totals (without chocolates, etc): 783/38/45/68
Vitamins: Check
Water: 96 oz Kool Aid, 32 oz water = 128 Total
Exercise: Work at Jack, then LB- I'm pooped!
