Whatcha eatin on Wednesday?
Hey everyone! Hope everyone's day is going well. I'm sitting at home and just woke up from a much needed nap, so I decided to post early. Plus, I probably won't have time later. My day has been okay...I've been up since 5 a.m. to make it to this aerobics class called Body Combat that started at 6. My body hurts!!! Hurts like hell! I'm just recuperating now...I need it! Here's whats on my menu:
Pre Workout: Mixed Nuts PowerBar...these are soooooo good!
B: Light n Fit yogurt, 2 oz. lite SPAM, 1 slice cinnamon toast
S: strawberry protein shake
S: sm. handful cashews, pc. of a sweet potato cookie
L: 1 turkey burger patty w/slice of cheese, salad w/lite french drsg
D: going to Olive Garden, so I'll get something w/thier WW linguine noodles....they're really good
Exercise: 1 hr. BodyCombat class
Vitamins: need calcium
Fluids: 52 oz. so far....it's still very early!

Hey April and everyone
I've had a good day! We went shopping for furniture and finally picked out what we want then a friend and I went to lunch at Cheddars. After lunch, we walked around Target then came home. It's freezing outside!!!
My menu.. I had a much better eating day than yesterday.
B~ Protein shake
L~ Chicken tortilla soup & 1/2 of 1/2 a turkey club sandwich
S~ Protein hot chocolate
D~ Chicken caccatore and 1/4 c. steamed broccoli
I was experimenting... skinless thighs seasoned with italian season, topped it with finely chopped garlic and strips of onion and bell pepper. Then I poured some Lite/NSA Ragu spegetti sauce over it and baked it. Then sprinkled mozz cheese on top. YUM-O!!

Yesterday and today I am full, but still want something to eat. It's just a couple of those days. This morning I woke up and still wanted a piece of snickerdoodle cookie dough I had in the fridge for my son. I finally thought just eat one raw cookie piece! It'll probably make you sick and taste bad anyway. I ate it, and it didn't make me sick and tasted really good. I didn't have a good eating day. Oh well...guess they all won't be. Tomorrow is another day.
