What was on your menu today?


Well I'm a day late but I thought I'd chime in:
Morning - 6 oz. chocolate unjury protein shake (45 min)
Lunch - SF jello cup (30 minutes)
Afternoon - 6 oz. chocolate unjury protein shake (45 min)
Dinner - 4 oz. mashed potatos (1 hour)
Still short a protein shake and one snack but am working on it today. Sipping on water throughout the day averaging about 40 oz.

Well, These last couple of days I have not denied myself anything.
I hope no one thinks I am gloating because I am not.
B-Nothing, I slept till Noon
L-Tuna sub and a 20oz coke
S-five baby bell cheeses
D-2 8 oz steaks and steak fries...Water!!
D-Tirusumu Ice cream with whip creme and chuncks of Ragusa Swiss chocolate
I will probably have a glass of whole milk and some shaved ham later tonight..I'm eating a lot of calories I know but I have trying ro do a lot of protein too.
Tomorrow I willl have Mcdonalds.
Wendsday I check into the hospital and probably won;t get anything and Thursday is Lift OFF!!
