Hey my January family! I haven't posted this in a few days because of surgery but today I feel I have felt better so I'm back in action. Well not that jumpy but better. How are the new post op's doing?? I'm doing good. My stomach is a little tender but I'm good. I'm already tired of sitting in my recliner doing nothing all day. I walk the halls several times a day and I feel so silly doing that. My surgeon told me to stay inside til I see him on the 26th. So is everyone eating right? Getting in all the protein and water?? I'm trying! What is everyone doing to stay busy while getting better? Here is what I ate today B~4 oz skim milk with 1 scoop of protein powder L~1/4 Cup of Tuna with FF mayo and a little relish S~3 spoonfulls of SF chocolate pudding D~Little less than 1/4 Cup of Refried beans with a lil bit of FF sour cream. I've been sipping on SF Koolaid all day between meals Everyone have a good evening Kay

Today is not a good day for me but I have had 28 oz of water so far 2 tablespoons refried beans I cant seem to get much in. I am going to try to get in a protein shake.

Hi Kay, I've tried to do a post like this too but no luck on replys so here is mine for the night... B: 6oz protein shake s: cheese cubes about 6 or 7 = 1oz L: ricotta with mozarella cheese and sauce about 4 oz s: none D: yogurt maybe not really hungry about 30 oz of water i want about 20 more... have a good night

Hey Girl, I am pleased to say I can finally eat everything they require me to. YEAH!!! I was getting ready to cry! Today I had: B~ 11oz Worldwide Cappachino (35 grams pro) S~ 3/4 ox soft Cheese L~ mashed pot/gravy and Cottage cheese S~ none D~ 11oz Worldwide Cappachino (35 grams pro) 50 oz H2O throughout the day. I was wondering when I would be seeing your beautiful smile again!! It is tomorrow for me now..lol Here is what I ate on the 20th: B-2 Poaced eggs L- chicken wing ( just took all meat off and chewed it to pureed consistency)+ 1/2 TS of cream cheese S-1 yogurt D-1/2 potato skinless boiled mashed up with a tiny dab of butter and cream cheese+ 1 fried egg+1 TAblespoon of Padano cheese About 40 Oz of water Deb

Hi Kay So nice to see your smiling face Chiming in late. Here's what I ate on the 20th B - 5oz Grape Juice L - 6 oz lowfat cream of mushroom soup D - 1 large egg omlete w/1slice reduced fat american cheese 1 bottle of Isopure and crystal lite sipped all day total 60 oz No snacks needed/wanted. Not at all hungry
