How is everyone doing today? I'm doing good.
Congratulations to the few people that made it home today and everyone who is having surgery tomorrow.
Here is what I ate today....
B~4 oz of Carb Countdown skim milk and 1 scoop protein powder
L~1/4 C. Pureed Tuna with FF mayo and lil relish
D~1/4 C. Pureed Tuna with FF mayo and lil relish
S~If I want something it will be a SF popsicle.
I've drank about 24 oz of SF Koolaid today.
So what did you eat today???

For breakfast I just had some OJ
Lunch had a Wendy's chili with some extra cheese
Dinner one egg omlete with slice of american cheese
Planning on a sf chocolate pudding for a late nite snack
Also had 1/2 bottle of Isopure mixed with my Raspberry Lemonade Crystal Lite today.....total protein 54. Close but I'm getting there.
Hi everyone,
I am really tired today and have a new healing pain in my abdomen, the dr said it was muscles working with the sutures and healing. Still, its brought me down a bit, I was supposed to go into my office and ended up working at home. There's always tomorrow...
I feel like I eat so much and am so full but when I write it, its really not that much. In my past life I was a big breakfast person but now struggle to eat anything before 9am.
B - 1/3 c cottage cheese with 1/3 of avocado
L - shake with soy milk - my daily grand bonanza of 32g protein
S - 1/2 mozzarella stick and few nibbles of that chicken salad I should just toss
D - 1/2 c warm white beans pureed with 1/3 avocado
Total protein in the 50's - I need to get this up. Had about 45oz of water, too.
The avocado is just yummy and adds some flavor to everything, the nutritionist said its the good fat, too.
I wish I was hungry as I'd like some soup - something warm.
Someone asked about protein powder - walgreens.com has beneprotein and their shipping is free. There's no taste and its 6g per scoop. I've heard that these proteins dont work as well with hot things and tend to clump.

Today was my first day back at work, so I didn't do to good on fluids but hopefully tomorrow will be better.
B-1/2 c. Cream of Wheat with FF Soy Milk
L-1/2 c. FF Cottage Cheese
D-Few bites of Turkey, Mashed potatos & peas
S-8 ounces of high protein mix with Skim Milk.
23 ounces of water & the usual vitamins.

OK, I didn't do near as well today, It is rough doing this from a hotel room, even with a fridge, and microwave!! And I really didn't stock up on suppliments, I didn't realize how much I would depend on them the first few days. Again I had to eat all day just to get what I got and I over did the fruit juice!!

im on a full liquid diet until 2/2--
4 oz lactaid milk w/1 scoop isopure powder (29g protein)
4 oz cream of mushroom soup w/ 1 scoop unflavored unjury protein(22g protein)
10oz isopure liquid alpine punch(20g protein)
1 sf jello
about 40oz H2O
still shy 10 grams of protein for the day and H2O, but I didnt get up until 10am this morning so Ive lost a couple hours of sipping time--Ive been doing better when I have been getting up around 7:30-8am
Ill see what happens when I go for my first checkup tomorrow--Ill let everyone know once I get home
