Good evening everyone I hope everyone had a nice day. Mine was good. I was not hungry today for some reason. Here is what I ate today.... B~4 oz of Carb Countdown milk with chocolate protein powder L~SF popsicle S~SF popsicle D~8 oz of Carb countdown milk with chocolate protien powder I drank about 30 oz of SF Pink lemonade so far. I'm still working on liquids So how did you do?? Have a nice evening Kay

HEY KAY, JUST CHECKING IN TO LET YA KNOW WHAT I HAVE HAD TODAY. I START MY BOWEL PREP STARTING TOMMORROW SO FIGURED ID HAVE ONE LAST THING THAT I REALLY LOVED BEFORE HEADING OVER ON THE LOSING SIDE. LOL... I HAD VANILLA ICECREAM AND HERSHEYS SYRUP ON IT.... AS THEY SAY LIFE CHANGES AND MOVES ON SO NO MORE OF THAT LIFE AND TO TELL YA THE TRUTH, DIDNT PREPARE FOR A LAST MEAL LIKE SOME DO BECAUSE I LOOK AT IT LIKE THIS.... ALL THOSE LAST MEALS ARE WHAT HAS ME WHERE I AM TODAY. I ALWAYS SAID WELL JUST ONE MORE MEAL AND ILL START DOING GOOD AGAIN. JUST ONE LAST TIME AND ON MONDAY ..... BUT THOSE DAYS CAME AND WENT WITH NO SUCH GOOD LASTING RESULTS... SO HERE I AM TODAY. CANT WAIT TO JOIN ALL OF YALL ON THE OTHER SIDE. I KNOW IT WILL ALWAYS BE CHALLENGING BUT SO SO WORTH IT. I feel like I ate too much but according to fitday.com it doen't look too bad. B: Danon Yogurt S: 3 slices of thin turkey meat and a slice of cheese L: Carb Options - Chicken Noodle soup S: 1 slice of turkey 1 slice of cheese D: who knows... maybe some ricotta cheese with sauce S: hopefully 4 oz of protein shake Dana

Hmmm, Breakfast: Protein shake (I am now adding a 1/2 tsp of decaf instant coffee and sf vanilla creamer into my chocolate protein shake for something different!) Snack: About a 1/4 of lite yogurt Lunch - Mac and Cheese (maybe a 1/2 c) Snack: More of the mac & cheese I brought for lunch, lol. Dinner: 2 slices tomato with mozzerella and 2oz. bourbon salmon Snack: Probably some water melon or strawberries. (I should be having more protein shakes but I ran out and had to order more - oops!)

Hi Kay, How are you? I'm having a good day today also. Here is what was on my menu. B-1/2 c. cream of wheat with FF soy milk L-1/2 c. FF cottage cheese D-1/4 c. mashed sweet potatos & a few bites of chicken S-1 scoop of protein poweder in 8 ounces of skim milk 23 ounces of water & the usual vitamins. Have a good night, Carly

Hi all, B- a few bites of cottage cheese S - 1/2 c of cream of mushroom soup L - protein shake with soy milk S - mozz stick and bite of turkey meatloaf D - slice whole grain toast (really well toasted) with a tad of butter and goat cheese Exceeded water today, feeling stopped up from those darn beans. I stayed with luquids all day. I was still sick from yesterday. Towards the evening I finally started to feel better! B-2 Three minute eggs L-nothing-I was too sick D-I cup of soup S-2 pieces of babybell cheese It was not a nutritious day for me at all. But, today is another day so I will try again. Deb
