Being 5'2" 130 is my major goal. However, I am told 120 is more like it. I think I'd be happy just being smaller than 150 actually! ::hugs:: Cyndi

Mornin Suzette and Everyone Just now see your question and a good one too! My doctor hasn't given me a 'goal wt' yet. Will be doing month follow-up in February, so will check then as to what he thinks should be. I haven't been "fluffy" all my life, so would like to get back to size when first married. 125-130 lbs in a size 9. (that's been almost 24 years ago, so we'll see. ) Don't want to look sick either, and after being "fluffy" for so long~~150's are sounding pretty good! Take care Lisa

I don't remember what being under 200 feels like, so that is my first goal. I was about 185-190 at 14, so I also want to get lower than that. My Dr.'s goal for me is 175. I am 5'7", so I'm thinking that a comfortable weight would be 155-165. My not-so-realistic-but-still-reachable-goal is to get down to 145... My highest weight was 292, so at 145 I could boast that I am less than half the person that I once was. _________________ Angela

Hi Sue, I'm 5'9" and started this at 327. My first goal is to get to 200lbs then we shall see. The lowest I've ever been as an adult is 174 and that was really thin for me. My doctor has my goal weight at 190. Whatever. Really I just want to feel better and lose weight. Getting under 200lbs would thrill me no end
