Good evening everyone How is everyone doing? I'm doing great! I had my two week check up today and everything went well. The nurse removed all 27 of my staples. I was scared that it was going to hurt but it didn't. I'm such a chicken! The best thing is I have lost 21 pounds since surgery I'm so proud of myself. I hope everyone is doing well today Here is what I ate.... B~ Protein powder mixed with 8 oz of water. L~1/4 C. Mashed potatoes from KFC.. prefer a protein but I wasn't home. D~1/4 C. smashed Egg beaters with sprinkle of FF cheese. S~will be 4 oz of Carb countdown chocolate milk. What did you eat today???? Take Care Kay 450/388/367/175 .. I've come a long way but still have a long way to go!

Hey Girl, I had: B Worldwide pro cappachino (35 grams pro) s L 1/4 cup refried/cheese, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup milk s 1 T Peanut butter D It's too early for dinner, but I will have either tuna or chicken ?? (so many choices) LOL Keep up the good work sister. Kristie

Hi Kay Haven't had my dinner yet. It's still early in the midwest Had a carnation instant breakfast with 1%milk + an Unjury Choclate for added protein for breakfast. For lunch I had a Wendy's Chilli with extra cheese (I'm loving this 17g of protein and only 200 calories) Planning on some chicken for dinner

Kay - I love that you do these! B - Protein shake (chocolate shake with a 1/2 tsp decaf instant coffee, sf vanilla creamer - makes it soooo much yummier!) S - 3 crackers w/ cream cheese L - 3 tomato slices with mozerella cheese S - watermelon (1/2 c I think) D- 4 bites mashed potatos, 4 green beans, 2 bites salmon .. sigh and experienced my first moment from eating too much. I felt it back up and for some reason thought a sip of water would help.. WRONG! made it back up further and out my mouth.. ewwwww!! Live and learn! 3 weeks and 21 pounds! Beth

Excellent loss Kay!! Here is what I ate today: B-2 poached eggs L-50 grams of sliced deli chicken + I mozz stick s-15 grams of tilister cheese d-5 brussels sprouts+2 slices of chicken+1 mozz stick S-glass of low fat mil Totals: 676 calories 32 fat 38 carbs 60 protein About 50 ounces of liquids

wtg Kay! I go tommorrow to get my staples out! B- 1oz carnation instant breakfast sf carb cons. w/ skim milk l- 1oz carnation instant breakfast sf carb cons. w/ skim milk d- 2 tbsp. of tomato soup 20 oz. water I'm feeling much better - I had soup!!!!!!!! YEAH!!

Hi Kay! Congrats on the weight loss! That is so awesome! I too like when you do this. It helps me learn new foods when I am down on eating what I am. b: 1/2 cup chocolate fudge protein shake l: mashed potatoes and 1 stick of string cheese s: mashed potaotes and pureed pears I know I am low on protein today!
