Thought I would metion that I eat Dannon Sugar & Carb control yogurt. They are all smooth and yummy in my opinion. They have only 1g of sugar and 3g of carbs for a container... which is only 4oz (most yogurts are 6). They come in packs of four, I have never seen them sold alone. HTH

I'm using fitday to make sure I get in my protein. Another benefit is I can also see my calorie intake. I have been averaging about 650 calories a day. I don't know if that's alot or a little. I will ask the surgeon when I see him on Monday. As I said before I'm never hungery but have been eating as I have to have insulin injections and I have to cover my insulin. Usually jus 3 meals a day. Have not needed any snacks as not hungry. Regards and hugs, Ronna

My first 2 1/2 weeks I was counting protein and liquid, then started calories. Now that I have met with my nurse for the (3 week meeting). I know how much I have to drink a day. So I am tracking protein and calories. The Nutrionist said to stay between 500 & 700 calories a day. ::hugs:: Cyndi
