Well, today my schedule was a bit messed up. Didn't get everything I wanted in but thankfully, tomorrow is another day!! B-Yogurt L- 50 grams of Brie cheese+50 grams of red bell pepper D-50 grams of tuna mixed with Quark and mustard( Ok I admit it..I also added one tablespoon of full fat mayo)+1 baby corn+2 small mushrooms S-1/4 slice of apple+ 8 oz of milk Calories:578 Fat:25 Carbs:38 Protein:48 Water:46 ozs D

Good evening everyone, Today I had my 3 meals & I'm working on a protein shake also. I'm still at wor****il 10pm. Here goes: B-4 ounces of FF light blended yogurt w/Splenda L-1/2 c. Part Skim Ricotta D-1/2 c. Cream of Brocolli soup made with 2% milk S-8 ounces of protein shake made with 2% milk. Have a good weekend everyone! Carly

I woke up at 4am really hungry and ate a few bites of cottage cheese. B: shake with soy milk L: 2 slices turkey deli meat and cheese stick S: a small well toasted slice of sprouted bread with a bit of butter and goat cheese; oh, this was grand. D: 1oz chicken breast which smelled great cooking but was not appealing thereafter. TGIF! ~Tiffany

Thanks Tiffany for posting this for me!!! Here is what I ate today... B~6 0z of Carb Countdown milk with chocolate desigener whey protein L~A few bites of SF Jello (wasn't hungry) D~4 oz of low carb Dannon blueberry yougart S~4 oz of Chocolate carb countdown milk For some reason I had no appitite today. I hope this doesn't last long. I drink both water and SF pink lemonade today about 40 oz. This is the most liquid I have gotten in so far since surgery. Thanks again Tiffany Kay

wow, was all you guys food pureed? It seems so soon after that you guys are eating regular food.... I can't have some of the stuff you mentioned until way out unless it is pureed, so I was wondering???

it was one heck of a day today, so again, low protein for me. B: Skipped it- eek. L: 3oz of cottage cheese with a drop of bbq sauce D: 4-5oz of broccoli cheader soup The soup was somewhat of a fat and calorie "splurge" for me, but I was in a bind yet again. I hadnt eaten since lunch and I didnt have many options at the restraunt. But, I just looked it up and it had 115 cals, 8g of protein, 8g of fat, and 7 carbs for the amount I ate. But I did drink lots of water and crystal light and I got in all my pills!
