How's everyones weekend so far? Mine is going good.
I took a short walk today since the weather was so pretty. It just takes so much energy out of me. I hope this will pass soon!!
Here is what I ate today
B~ 8 oz Carb Coutdown milk and Designer whey protein powder
L~2 oz Stallone protein chocolate pudding
S~SF popsicle
D~1/4 C. pureed Tuna with ff mayo and lil relish
S~4 oz carb countdown chocolate milk

How are you doing today? I'm doing good. Today I went shopping with my cousin for some new pants. It was great.
He is what was on my menu today.
B-4 ounces of Light Blended yogurt with Splenda
L-1/4 c. Part Skim Ricotta
D-Few bites of tuna, baby food carrots & mashed potatos
A little short on water. Have a good night

L: 1oz tuna with hard boiled egg and a touch of full fat mayo
2 slices deli turkey and 1/2 slice cheese
S: string cheese
D: ???? not sure yet, Im running behind tonight

Hey Kay, I went for a walk today too with my son. It is so beautiful today!
B- 2 small strawberries
S- couple bites of my son's watermelon and I mean small ones!
L- pureed tuna with little ff mayo and little relish 2 tbsp of this
D- refried beans 1 1/2 tbsp with sprinkle of mozzerella cheese
16oz water
Tried several protein shakes today - advantage, monster milk and they all made me feel sick :yuck: Going to GNC tommorrow to get some isopure and try that! I even tried the optisource protein bar and it tasted way too sweet (it looks covered in some sort of chocolate).
I'm NOT making it on the protein...
It was an overcast but nice day here in Chicago, I also got out for a walk but was exhausted when I got home.
Not hungry and did not do well on total protein today:
B: few bites of chicken and 1T of cottage cheese
L: tofu, about 8 1" cubes, seasoned, from the Whole Foods salad bar - works much better for me than meat
S: 3 bites of egg salad
D: 1/2 c mac and cheese with mozz on top
About 45 oz of water so far but have in all my vitamins.
I need some veggies.

It is -45 degrees up here in Fairbanks, Alaska, so I opted for warm foods today.
B: 3oz Pureed Cream of Potato Soup
L: 4oz Pureed Cream of Potatoe Soup
D: 4oz Pureed Cream of Broccoli, Chicken, and Cheese Soup
Snacks: 3.5oz Sugar Free Jello, the middle of a couple slices of my son's hotdogs from his mac-n-cheese, shaved ice (1 with a bit of 100% fruit juice, and 1 with Crystal Light). Drank LOTS of water.

Here is what I had to eat.
B-2 poached eggs
S-One slice of pineapple
L-50 grams of tuna + one baby bell cheese
S-Mozarella stick
D-35 grams of sliced turkey+1/2 cup of peas and carrots+1/2 small Potato
S-Glass of low fat milk
Water-about 40 oz
Go**** is a reall task to get in that protein. My doctor wants no supplements so it is a daily chore for me to get in the protein.
