1 serving cream of wheat made w/1% milk, "I can't Believe it's not Butter" (ICBINB), 2 packets Spenda (Yummy!)
L- Yoplait Lite Strawberry/Banana smoothie
D- 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes made w/1% milk, ICBINB, and 99% fat free chicken broth for flavouring
20 ounce bottle of Isopure no-carb Protein Drink (Punch Flavour) 40 g prot.
2 cups coffe w/Nestle's Sugar-Free French Vanilla Creamer and Splenda
Total Calories: 737 Total Protein: 59 Grams

Its a rainy day here....I went for a long walk with my dog, that felt good. Then I came home and took a nap. Not really hungry today...again.
B: few cubes of tofu
L: 1/4 c mac & cheese
S: few bites of egg salad; find that egg whites are hard to chew up
D: maybe a cheese stick or some yougurt with protein powder which seems like a more nutritional choice.
I have to work on my water, it feels like everything takes so long to go thru my pouch that I need more than an hour after eating before I can take in liquids. My peppermint tea is helping me ge****er in; the isopure just tasted wierd to me today as did my toothpaste.
