What was on YOUR menu for Tuesday

I know I'm late and I am so sorry. Me and my partner have been car shopping and it took a little longer than we expected. I hope everyone is still online.
How was everyones day? Mine was good.
This is what I ate..
B~ Nothing.. I slept in
L~1/2 c. Mashed potatoes from KFC
D~1/2 c. blueberry low carb yougart
I drank about 35 oz of water.
So what did you eat??

B-4 ounces of Dannon Light n Fit Strawberry Yogurt with Fiber
L-1/2 c. of FF Cottage Cheese
D-Few pieces of grilled salmon & baby food sweet potatos
S-1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder with 8 ounces of Original Soy Milk

Hi everyone,
Today I had:
B: few bites of cottage cheese
S: protein drink with soy
L: two cheese sticks
D: 3 bites chicken breast, bite of bacon, 2 bites of tomato and 8 bites of black beans
I had about 70oz of water, some with a bit of cranberry; of course, all the vitamins. I am thinking about sugar which is odd as I never have been a sweets kinda gal. Hmmmm. Maybe its my monthly thing coming round???

I have 1/2c lowfat cottage cheese for breakfast
A small Wendy's Chilli with extra cheese for lunch (no I'm not getting tired of this either)
4oz broiled chicken breast for dinne
sf chocolate pudding for evening snack
Also had 1/2 bottle of Grape Frost Isopure mixed with Crystal Lite Lemonade sipped throughout the day.

b: Slim Fast low carb
L: small baked potatoe w/ chedar cheese, dab of cesaer salad dressing
s: 2 sf pop cycles
d: slim fast low carb
24oz of water so far, working on ice tea right now. should be up to 40oz. by bedtime. With slim fast will be around 60oz.
I seem to be eating less and less, having some trouble with taking one to many bites or on the verge of dumping I think. First sign of minor agrivation I think.
B: Cottage Cheese (2oz), 1 *thin* slice of lean deli roast beef
L: One mini meatball, some turkey jerky
D: about 2 oz of cottage cheese
S: 3 oz of carb control yogurt, one mini meatball
I have had about 20 oz of fluids so far and am still sipping. I may throw in a protein shake before bed? Not sure yet.
