What was on YOUR menu for Sunday?
Hey everyone
I'm posting a few minutes early because we are going to a friends house to watch the Super Bowl. I'm not a big football fan but thought I'd be friendly.
I hope everyone is having a nice day.
I haven't had much of an appitite today but this is what I have had
B~4 oz CC milk, 1/2 banana and Designer whey protein
L~4 oz CC milk, 1/2 banana and Designer whey protein
D~Will be 1/2 Cup low carb blueberry yoguart
S~SF popsicle
I'm low on water as well but its only 5:30 so I'll keep sipping.

Hi Kay,
How are you today? I'm doing good winter returned here so we have snow again. Oh well it has been mild so far. Here is what I had:
B-4 ounces Dannon Carb Control Raspberry yogurt w/Splenda
L-1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese
D-Few bites of salmon & 2 ounces of baby food squash
S-Probably have a SF pudding
Water is low today & the usual vitamins. Have a good Sunday!

B-1oz tuna w/1oz cheddar cheese and 2 T cream of mushroom soup(heated, yummy)
L-4oz skim milk with 4oz H2O and 1 scoop isopure vanilla
D-2 T refried beans w/1ox cheddar cheese melted on top
Im ahead on my water for once and actually have been able to do the treadmill for 30 minutes the past few days in a row
Yeah
Right now I am staying away from everyone in my house watching the superbowl since they are indulging in Pizza, chips and salsa and 7 layer dip, soda etc etc

I am doing much better today with snacking! Yay. Not that my food choices have been all that great, but I feel better that I have not grazed.
Here it is:
B: little less then 1/2 C. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
L: 3 frito scoop chips dipped in a chili cheese dip. Not the best choice, but I justify it because the protein
D: I am planning on taking the toppings off one small slice of pizza. Again, could be a better choice, but again I justify because it is mainly meat and cheese- protein
S: I will try to drink a protein shake later.
I have had about 30oz. of fluids today, my vits and calicum are 1/2 done and it is only 4pm here... so I will get in my fluids.
Excersice: I attempted to do some step, made it through the first 5 min warm up and had to quit
I was so winded and now my calfs are KILLING me... so I might go for a walk later.

I had a good protein day!
B: 1/2 c black beans from Baja Fresh with skim mozz
L: 4 cubes tofu with sesame dressing
S: Isopure apple melon, the whole bottle!
D: 2 cubes tofu and creamy mushroom/spinich soup with few soggy croutons and melted cheese
I continue to sip water but am finding I need to wait over an hour after eating to drink, otherwise its uncomfortable. I can start at an hour if I drink tea, go figure....
