Hey, How is everyone? I'm doing good. Just a typical day for me. I hope everyone is having a good day! Here is what I ate... B~4 oz CC milk, 1/2 Bannana and Chocolate Designer whey protein S~I CHEATED !! I Had 4 cashews. (I chewed very well) L~4 oz CC milk, 1/2 Bananna and Chocolate Designer whey protein D~1/4 C. Pureed tuna with 2 Tbs. FF mayo S~ 4 oz of CC chocolate milk So what did you eat?? Have a nice evening Kay

Hi Kay, Today was a typical Monday, surprised I'm not tired as I stayed up a little later than usual. Don't worry about those cashews, it happens. My parents made lasagna over the weekend & I was so tempted. Tomorrow is my month follow up so hopefully I can progress to soft food. Here is what was on my menu today: B-4 ounces Dannon Light n Fit yogurt w/Splenda L-1/2 c. no Salt added Cottage Cheese D-2 ounces of salmon & 2 ounces of baby food carrots S-8 ounces Slim-fast vanilla cream w/splenda The usual vitamins & water. Hi Kay! I am two weeks out today and finally get to respond to your post! B~1/2oz cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup FF/SF pudding L~pureed and strained bacon and chiv potato soup w/ 1/2 oz cheddar added(kept it down but didnt sit very well) D~fried egg w/ 1 slice american cheese melted on top(ate about 3/4) and 1/2 oz cheddar only 34oz water today....I have been struggling with this since the beginning. Does it ever get easier?

About the water... yes, it does get eaiser. When I was fresh out being a PostOp, I was *physically* unble to get it all in, but recently (about a month out) I have been able to drink much more, which is nice! The downer is sometimes I don't, but that is a mental thing... because the days where I put my mind to it, I can easily get all the water in

First of all, THANK YOU Kay for doing this post daily. It really helps me be accountable for what I ate and see it in black and white. I also enjoy reading what others eat So thanks! ~~~ I had another NO SNACK day! (which is what my surgeon *strongly* suggests for me) B: 1 TBS. of leftover chili con queso dip and a little less then 1/4 C. Low fat cottage cheese L: 4 oz of Dannon Carb&Sugar Control Vanilla Yogurt D: 4 spoonfulls of the leftover chili con queso dip (I am glad this is gone for good!) and 2 TBS of Low Fat Cottage Cheese Vits & Calicum: 1/2 Done Fluids: only about 25 oz so far (it is 6:30pm right now) Excersice: Walked to and through the park for about 1/2 hour

Cashews have high protein....you did not cheat, you allowed yourself to enjoy some. Dont beat up on yourself with negative thoughts!! For today I had: B: well toasted sprouted bread with some butter and slice LF yogurt cheese L: 2 oz black beans (baja fresh) with 1oz mozz S: cheese stick D: Boca chicken patty, 1/2 slice yogurt cheese, 1/3 avocado and dollup of LF miracle whip S: tofutti bar (even though its low sugar and high protein it made me sick) Also had another tasty bottle of apple melon Isopure and 1.5 liters of water, having some tea shortly. Baja Fresh has quite the deal on beans - just $1.40 for a 4oz container of either black or pinto. They are vegetarian (no lard or additives) and perfect for the soft diet. The 4oz container has 23g of protein! I looked at their menu online and their food is very high protein and I like the freshness, too. This is my new thing, especially when I want something warm. (owned by the same people that do Wendy's)

Good evening all, B--Nectar Lemonade mixed w/ crystal light S--3 cheese cubes L--3 Tbs. tuna salad S--2 oz. Blue bunny carb control yogurt D--1/2 egg finely chopped into egg salad w/ 2 tsp. light mayo Nectar Lemondae mixed w/ crystal light I am really nauseas tonight. I really needed to get in one more protein drink but I think I'm going to pass since my stomach is not happy. See y'all tomorrow. Lisa

Hi Kay~ I had: B: 1/2 cup eggbeaters (ate 3/4 of it) L: 4 oz Perdue Smart Cuts chicken diced w/ 1 teaspoon FF SF Honey Mustard Dressing D: 2oz baked skinless chicken, 4 green beans (canned), 3 teaspoons mashed potatoes S: 1/2 cup Hagan Dazs FF Mango Sorbet (did NOT agree with me, I didn't but I certainly hung out in the bathroom waiting for it) Dawn
