What was on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Hey everyone
How is everyone doing today? I'm doing ok.
I started doing my "walk away the pounds" tape again today and it really kicked my butt.
Is anyone else having problems not wanting to eat? Right now I hate food. I never thought I'd say that but I have to make myself eat. If I could live off SF popsicles and SF Koolaid I'd be happy. I'm going to talk to my surgeon about this when I see him Thursday!
Here is what I ate today...
B~4 oz CC milk, 1/2 banana and Chocolate Designer whey protein
S~SF Popsicle
L~ Less than 1/4 C. Pureed Tuna mixed with 2 Tbs.of cream of mushroom soup
D~ 4 oz CC milk, 1/2 bananna and Chocolate Designer whey protein
S~SF popsicle
So far.. 30 oz of SF koolaid and 8 oz water. I'm still sipping!

Its a exercise tape/DVD by Leslie Sansone. I started using them in July along with dieting pre op and lost 62 lbs. I was 450 lbs so walking was HARD for me. I got the beginning issue and just marched in place for 10 minutes. Everyday I started doing it longer. They come in beginner, one mile, 2 mile and etc... I really recommend them to anyone. Especially anyone just starting out walking or want to walk on a rainy day
I bought 2 from ebay for $1.00 each.

Today is 5 weeks for me and I am still not at all hungry. I guess that's a good thing but I just don't want to eat especially in the morning. It's too early for dinner but this is what I've had so far today:
B - 1/4C cottage cheese
L - bowl chicken tortillia soup (at neighborhood resturant) about 1C
1C sf Coco I've been really cold today.
Thinking about an omlete for dinner but not sure yet


LNS: Chocolate and Peanutbutter protein shake
B: 1 mini meatball, one bite of pepperjack cheese, 1/4 C. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
L: 1/2 C. Cottage Cheese
S: Drinking a vanilla protein shake with berries blended in right now
D: Have no clue, maybe some chicken breast? maybe some thin sliced turkey meat from the deli?
Vits: not yet
Fluids: doing horrible
Excerise: Will do step aerobics after work tonight.
Hello all.
B - one scrambled egg (used Pam) with a slice of 2% cheese in it...yummy!
L - tuna fish w/a little bit of shredded 2% cheedar and FF mayo (thought the FF mayo was going to be gross but it was FANTASTIC) and put that on 5 crackers. Piled the tuna one and tons of protein!!!!
D - will be a Gordon's fillet fish and either some string cheese or a few PB crackers
No snacks. Dr. Freeman doesn't allow snacking.
Lots of water and crystal lite!

For the first time I am starting to feel the "full" sensation after I eat.
Todays menu:
B: 1/3 bowl of "weight control" cinnamon oatmeal
L: 1/4 cup FF refried beans with FF Kraft chedder cheese
S: 2 saltines topped with 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter each
D: 1 Gorton's garlic & butter fish fillet, 5 quarter size potatoe wedges, 1 teaspoon of canned peas topped with "I can't believe its not butter spray"
Vitamins taken, about 40 oz water in, and 25 mins exercise done!
