Hello everyone How is everyones day going? Mine is good. I have been feeling blah since surgery like have low energy but today I woke up feeling better. We had a little snow in NC and it was so beautiful! Anyone else got any snow? I went to my second Dr's appointment today and Doc said I'm doing good. He fussed at me because I'm not walking enough and not drinking enough water. duh like I dont know that! I lost another 14 lbs since my last appt. 2 weeks ago. Thats 35 lbs. since surgery on 1-13. I start regular foods tomorrow and I'm nervous about that. Why? I dont know Here is what I ate...... B~6 oz CC chocolate milk and Any whey protein powder L~4 oz Blueberry carb control yoguart D~ 1/4 C. Pureed Tuna with 1 Tbs. FF mayo and 1/4 C. Pureed Pear S~will be SF popsicle So far I've drank.. 18 oz of Diet snapple and 8 oz of water Have a nice evening Kay 450/388/353/175

Hi Guys! Hope you're all having a great day! I to woke up feeling great even cleaned the entire downstairs, did laundry, ran errands, took the dogs for a 2 mile walk and cooked dinner!!! That's amazing for me... These days anyway.. Here's what I ate.... B: four bites of chocolate malto meal made with FF enriched milk. Didn't like it much. L: 1/2 of a taco bell Sm. pinto beans and cheese. D: 3oz lemon pepper fi****bsp of chicken broc. rice, 2tbsp green beans S: will be a sf popsicle. 40oz of H2O (working on more) still need my vit and calcium. That's it for now...I almost feel normal today!!!... Good evening all! Bren

Hi Rosemary I'm having the same problem. Once I eat, I'm stay full for a while. I wait an hour to drink but I'm still too full to drink too much. Before you know it, it's the end of the day and my water intake is low. I am trying so hard! I'm sure it will get better for the both of us Kay

HI Kay! We got snow here in Minnesota today too. I think we are supposed to have snow thru Sunday. Its very pretty cause I dont have to drive in it..lol Here is my menu for today B~ 1/4 cup of oatmeal and 30 min later 1/2 cup protein shake L~ 3 oz hamburger and 3 crackers with tuna S~ 4 crackers w/ cheese and 2 tiny pieces of chix Have a great night..I have to get going and get things done and Survivor is on tonight! -Sue

Hi Kay, How are you doing? I'm doing good, I stayed home yesterday from work because I was tired but doing much better today. Almost the weekend, Here is what I had today: B-4 ounces Dannon Carb Control Strawberry Yogurt w/Splenda L-1/4 c. of FF No Salt Added Cottage Cheese with 1 apricot (Can) D-1/2 c. of FF Cream of Chicken soup, a couple of bits of diced veggies S-Protein Plus Bar with 20 grams of protein Water about a liter and the usual vitamins Have a good night, Carly

I love, love, love that I'm on pureed foods and finally feel SATISFIED when I eat something. I can't imagine how good real food will be!! LND: 2 oz of grilled fish fillet (Gorton's frozen lemon butter flavor) LNS: fluids, fluids and more fluids (mostly decaf iced tea) B: 2 oz cottage cheese S: one teaspoon of Carb Option peanut butter L: The other 2 oz of my fish fillet D: I am going to try this baked pizza flavor thing with ricotta cheese and pizza sauce baked in the oven (I also have some turkey pepperoni to blend up and mix with the ricotta, if it's not too gross) vitamins: need multi (I take the liquid kind when I get home from work) and another calcium chew fluids: Not so good...I am behind on my s/f koolaid and Isopure mixture Exercise: Will be walking tonight

Hi everyone This is my second day on soft foods: B-10oz isopure liquid L-2oz tuna with a little mayo S-2oz refried beans with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese D-2oz parmesean crusted tilapia(yummy) I tried boiled shrimp yesterday and it settled very well thank goodness I still need more protein before bedtime so Ill finish the other 10oz of isopure and maybe have a yogurt smoothy if I stay up until 11 Everyone have a great night! Evening all, B was one oz of string cheese (I wish I could eat more a breakfast but just can't) L was 1/2 cup of cottage cheese D was 3 oz of broiled chicken breast and 3 asparagus spears Snack will be 2tbs lowfat peanut butter and 4 saltines Also had my 1/2 bottle of Isopure
