Dry Skin Anyone?
OMG yes! The itchiest part is right where my stomach kind of folds over above my pubic area. It's like I lost some weight and now my skin can't breathe there. Last night I had to put baby powder there to try to tame the beast. But other than that I have very flaky skin allover -- I know it is from dehydration, I cannot seem to get in anywhere near enough fluids. I sleep a lot and I can't drink before of after I eat (which I assume includes what I am taking in while on the liquid phase) so I feel like I never have time to drink water-- I'm always trying to get in protein. But the good new is that I see small progress. Yesterday was the first day that I actually got in a full 16oz bottle of spring water. Today I am almost done with one early enough to start another; so I guess we have to literally take it day by day. Good luck to you.

I've also have had itchy skin since surgery and I get very cold in my hands to my shoulders more late afternoons to late nights. Wearing socks, slippers, sweatshirts, robes. In California. I have found out drinking decaf coffee with 1 packet my splenda, little of non fat milk and
hazelnut sugarfree syrup it seems to warm the insides and as long i hold the cup my hands get a little warmer. Anyone else getting cold.....
