What was on YOUR menu for Friday?
Hey everyone
How is everyone doing? I'm doing pretty good.
Here is what I ate today.....
B~4 oz blueberry carb control yoguart
L~1/4 C chicken & vegtable soup and few bites of canned peaches
S~SF popsicle.
D~6 oz CC milk, 1/2 banana and Chocolate protein powder
I know for sure I am short with the water today. It's still early so I'll just continue to sip away til bed time.

B- 10oz isopure liquid
S-1 oz low fat cheddar cheese
L-2oz parmesean tilapia
D-2 soy meatballs w/1T ricotta, a splash of no sugar added italian sauce,
1T mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parm(yum tasted like lasagna!)
This evening I will sip off a bottle of isopure until I reach a total of 80grams of protein- Everyone take care_Lori

B- 1 egg, tried it hard with the middle soft.... didn't sit well
S- nectar protein drink
L- (having it soon) probably some soup!
S- got some new chocolate protein powder, gonna make chocolate milk!
D- Dunno yet lol
Vitamins- YES!
Water- prob 40oz so far, still early though

Hi Kay,
It is finally Friday, yeah.
I joined Curves for Women today and I'm looking forward to my first workout. Here is what was on my menu:
B-1/2 of a Protein Bar
L-4 ounces of Dannon Carb Control Yogurt w/Splenda
D-2 Pieces of brocolli & 3 small pieces of chicken (Chinese)
S-1/2 of a Protein Bar
Water and the usual vitamins. I'm a little low on protein today but I'm not that hungry today. Have a good night.

Here is what I had today:
b~1/4 cup oatmeal w/added protein
s~ string cheese
l~1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
s~string cheese
d~1/4 cup refried beans w/ cheese melted on it
I did not do so well with the water either but we have the rest of the day..sip sip sip....
I also need more protein...I am with Ronna and the Isopure w/ crystal light....yummy!
Exercise: Walked about 40 minutes today.
Side bar~ I got my nails done today and I feel great....maybe I will get my hair done on Sunday. I will be going back to work on Monday (Grrr!)

Thanks again for posting this every day. It really helps me keep in check with what is going down the hatch!
B: 4oz unsweetened applesauce
L: 4oz FF refried beans & 1 TB FF cheddar cheese
S: 2 peanut butter crackers (I eat these daily. They curb my sweet tooth and give a kick of protein)
D: I'm Bad!!! I made baked ziti for the family and ate 3/4 cup of it.
vitamins in, did good with water (I've been adding Lipton diet decaf lemon iced tea mix, It is so much easier to get my fluids in.), going to exercise in about an hour.
Totals:
Cals: 516
Fat: 16
Carbs: 69 (the ziti KILLED me...23 grams!!)
Protein: 25 (I guess I'll be drinking a protein shake tonight!)

Hello everyone...
except that my scale isn't moving still, it's been 10 days now, I'm doing great.
more energy when I have increased the protein levels... today a record of 76 grams
this is what I had
B protein shake
S 1 Gerber ham and gravy
L 1oz of ham with 2 tbsp ff cream cheese
S 1 Gerber beef and gravy
D 2 Gerber chicken and gravy
S df coffee with 2 tbsp dry milk
I'm adicted to those Gerber baby foods now. One little jar is 8 g protein and they taste so good with some seasoning. they have made my life soooo much easier!
