Monday Weight In
Hope you all had a wonderful week-end!
So how are we all doing? I had another amazing week - another 12lbs lost
I can't believe it. I keep getting off the scale and then back on again just to be sure
Anyway, here are my stats for the week:
Starting weight: 327
Weight last week: 288
Weight today: 276
Goal Weight: 180ish
Total lost so far 51lbs!!!!!!!

Renee, I'm sorry you feel this way. Have you talked to your dr. I'm sure you have heard a million times that 1. Your body probably went into starvation mode. 2. You need more protein and water (you didn't say if you are on protein or not). Please talk to your doc about it. I'm sure things will start working themselves out.

Good morning all. Well, I didnt have a 12 pound weight loss but would love one.....come on pass it over.

Weight last week: 276
Weight this week: 273
Goal: 180
Total loss: -44
Only 93 more pounds to go! lol I think I know what my problem is. Im not getting in my fluids and protein. Lately my pouch has not been happy so I havent been forcing anything. But I guess I should try harder and will do so this week and see if I get better results. Good luck everyone.
