I had to wait a week before driving, the first few times made me really sore, there's a lot of ab muscles in driving. They said the more important item was not being on the pain meds except at night. Did you have open? 3 weeks is a looong time. ~Tiffany

My doc said as long as I had not had pain meds in the past 48 hours. I was in the car on Day 5.

Hi Kay~ I'm not sure how I did today. I guess I'll let you be the judge. B: 8oz light and healthy Orange juice with 1 scoop protein powder L: 3oz chicken with 1tb carb options bbq sauce D: I ordered chicken & broccoli from the chinese rest. They made it "weigh****chers style" so it was all steamed instead of fried. I ate about 3oz chicken and 2 broccoli spears. For dessert: one SF choc covered pretzel Vitamins in, walked for 2 hours!!!!, protein good, water could be better. Dawn

B: Turkey Roll up (2 oz deli turkey, 1 oz jack cheese, smidge of cream cheese, then I nuked it) L: just realized I didnt have one. Oops! D: 3 oz Southwest seasoned Chicken Strips (boneless, skinless) w/ 1 oz of low fat cottage cheese S: Protein Bites, these are new to me and tasted like cardboard, but they have 16g of protein for 1 oz bag! I bought a peanut butter flavor bag that I may blender up with a chocolate protein shake to give it texture? I am not sure though, the white chocolate ones I ate tonight were bland. F: Going to have some 1 scoop nectar with some sugar free orangeade later. TOTALS: (including the nectar that has yet to be drunk) Cals. 592 Fat 22 Carbs 14 Protein 85 Fluids: I have no idea... which is because I hardly had any! Vits 1/2 done Excersice: 40 minute brisk walk

Cara I actually didn't know that. I was counting only my water. Thanks for telling me that!! I must didn't pay attention to that part when my nut said that. Thanks again Kay
