I'm not sure how I did today. I guess I'll let you be the judge.
B: 8oz light and healthy Orange juice with 1 scoop protein powder
L: 3oz chicken with 1tb carb options bbq sauce
D: I ordered chicken & broccoli from the chinese rest. They made it "weigh****chers style" so it was all steamed instead of fried. I ate about 3oz chicken and 2 broccoli spears. For dessert: one SF choc covered pretzel
Vitamins in, walked for 2 hours!!!!, protein good, water could be better.

L - 2 oz of Halibut, cucumber w/vinegar, 3 bites of salad, 1 strip grilled chicken, 1/4 of orange
D - 3 oz turkey meatloaf, 3 bites twiced baked potato
S - Will try again Matrix hot chocolate
