What's on YOUR menu for Saturday?
Today was a good food day for me
I am slowly adding more variety into what I eat and I had a fun time finding new things at the grocer today.
Here is what I ate:
B: 8 oz Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk
L: 1 oz cooked Turkey Pepperoni with 2 Tablespoons of FF Cream Cheese
F: 1 scoop Nectar protein mixed with 8 oz of SF Orangeade
D: I made a fake pizza! Used one very small low carb tortilla, 1 tablespoon of FF Italian Dressing for the sauce, 2 oz grated LF Mozzarella, and about 10 turkey pepperoni slices. I ate about 3/4 of it and am full, but will have the rest later on tonight as a snack
TOTALS: (inluding the rest of the pizza i will eat)

Fluids: Had about 30 oz so far (its 5:30 right now)
Exercise: Walked 40 minutes, some brisk walking, some strolling
Hi all!
5:30am: 2 bites of banana and went back to bed
B: 1/3c lentils and 1 oz of goat cheese
L: 6 squares of tofu with curry sauce, 2 small pieces of broccoli
D: leftover chicken from the restaurant that had worked well, 1/4 c of chopped spinich and a few bites of mixed grilled veggies.
S: 1/2 SF klondike bar
Cleared 70 oz of water today, worked hard to get it all down. And I am much happier on the capsule multi vitamins rather than the chewable ones.
The blood work at my 1 month visit showed slightly low iron and they want me to choose iron rich foods. Will post the list tomorrow for everyone. Today's food choices included lentils, tofu, curry, spinich.

S- 2 oz Cottage Cheese, 2 oz Applesauce
D- Mom made pot roast in the crock pot with carrots- 2 oz beef, 1 oz carrots
S- Protein Chocolate Milk

Water: Little Low, still working on it
