How is everyone doing this cold Sunday? I'm doing good but freezing. My feet feel like ice. Here is what I ate today... B~4 oz Blueberry carb control yoguart L~1/4 C. Tuna salad and 2 Unsalted crackers D~Omlette.. 1/4 C. egg beaters, cheese and thin sliced turkey breast S~protein shake Exercise: None Water: 30 oz so far Have a nice evening Kay

Hi Kay,, Nothing too interesting today, Breakfast was 1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese Lunch 2oz muenster cheese Dinner 3oz broiled chicken breast I'll need to get a snack in later cause it's not enough protein yet

Hi Kay, How is your partner's father doing? I hope that he is well. B-cottage cheese S-peanut butter on 2 saltines L-pita, hummus, falafel, kabob (tiny bit of each) YUM S-turkey/havarti roll D-will be low carb lean quisine (meatloaf & veggies)

Hi, all. B - 1 full egg and the white of another, slice of 2% cheese, scrambled with Pam in the skillet L - Two crackers with peanut butter and two cheese sticks D - 1/2 of a large chili from Wendy's with three saltines

Hi, Its freezing here, too, and nothing too exciting is happening. B: 1/4 c eggbeaters wtih 3T of spinich L: 6 cubes tofu and 4 small heads from a broccoli salad that also had sunflower seeds and some canola mayo. S: cheese stick and 1 oz of goat cheese with salsa, melted in the nuker. D: 1 bite lamb and 4 oz of chicken roll with a bit of ricotta and lots of tomato sauce. S: too early to determine, if any Already cleared 60 oz of water. Found a yummy calcium suppliment that is a dark chocolate coin with just 1g sugar. They are much better than those orange chewables. I hope everyone has tomorrow off, I was scheduled to work but decided I was not into the 5 day work week and scheduled a vacation day. Cheers, Tiffany

What is this new calcium suppliment? Brand? Do they have a website? I am doing Viactiv now, but they have 20 cals each, and some carbs, and so if I do 3 a day that is 60 cals right there... so I am looking for an alternative.

Hi Kay, Glad you are doing good. I am good but freezing as well. b~1 soft scrambled egg (not sure what happened but it came up) l~skipped it because of what happpened with breakfast s~s/f popcicle d~ 1/4 cup mac and cheese and turkey loaf (yummy) s~1/4 c s/f pudding (cheesecake flavor w/added protein) I made homemade mac & cheese using low fat cheese, fat free milk and my husband did not notice the difference. I even used I can not believe it's not butter. The turkey loaf is your basic meat loaf using ground turkey (easier to digest), and it was great, again hubby did not notice. Exercise: none yet (I will turn on some music videos and my daughter and I usually dance around) and I will go for a long walk in about a 1/2 hr to walk the dog Enjoy your evening! ~Dawn

Hi Kay! I'm freezing too!!!! It was cold yesterday, super cold today and the weather man says its going to be even colder tomorrow!!!! ACK! Brrrrr B- Had to go to church and didn't eat S- nada, I know... L- 3 oz Eggs and Light Bacon pieces mixed together, yumm! S- 2 oz cottage cheese with applesauce D- probably some crock pot roast and carrots S- more than likely, low on protein... prob protein drink or something Water- LOW Vitamins- Check! Excersize: Worked with the market lamb I have at home... he's coming along nicely! *~*Jaci*~*

Sorry for posting so late, but I just got home... today I woke up late and then went with my gal pals outlet shopping ALL DAY. So my menu is a bit wonky. Here is what I ate: B: 4 oz LF Cottage Cheese L: Went out, got a bunless chicken breast sandwhich w/ slice of cheddar cheese melted on top. Dipped in spicy honey mustard D: 2 String cheese's F: Drinking about 70% full scoop of Nectar Protein mixed with Sugarfree Orangeade. TOTALS: Cals 605 Fat 28 Carbs 13 Protein 79 Fluids: I have no clue, but not enough (Its my goal this week to to get more in!) Vits: Done Excersice: Day off, but I was on my feat for a good 4 hours... but didnt really exert myself in any way.
