Vacation anyone?

Hi Guys! I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a OH Vacation get together? Im no travel agent, but I have access to a website (military) that I can get rooms just about anywhere for $299 for the week. Some of the resorts you can also add an all inclusive package for about and extra $300-600 for the week! Depends on the resort. (So say 2 people per room at 299/2= $149.59 each plus say $450 all inclusive(all food beverage entertainment at hotel non motorized water sports) comes to only about $600. Not bad for a fun filled WEEK in say Cancun.. I just think all of us "losers" should show off our great looks and progress! And it would be so nice to just meet all of you. Anyone interested.. I would be interested. I definitely need a vacation and would love to meet my fellow January losers in person! How soon were you thinking of trying to do this? Maybe the fall would be nice after kids are back in school. That way we have some time to lose our weight and all look fabulous on the beach!! Lisa s.

I agree, and would love to meet more January WLS people!!! I like the idea of fall... a good time to get away! If that doesn't work? What about next January? I know it is after Christmas, but it would be great to get away from winter, and what better way to celebrate our new birthdays, but together! We could make it one big "First Re-Birth-day Party" I'm game for whenever... as long as there is plenty of time to plan and prepare! Good thinking! Angela

I have emailed all of you the prices I found last night. It was for September 14-21, 2006 in Cancun. If you guys want to do Say January we will have to wait a couple of months to book. I did reserve the rooms for that date so we didnt lose them, but they can easily be canx. No big deal. I think either one would be fun. January or Feb. might be better just because hurricane season. But the chances are slim in sept. It is more in Oct. But again, its up to you all. So once again, either post or email me and let me know which one you all would rather do. Thanks!
