What's on your MONDAY menu?

Hi Everyone, Just to get us started....what was on your menu today? 5:30am: 3 bites banana B: 1/4c lentils and 1/4c cottage cheese L: slice toasted sprouted bread with a bit of butter, LF goat cheese and a half slice of turkey deli meat S: almost 3 chik'n nuggets from Boca with a bit of peanut sauce D: broccoli salad with sunflower seeds 1/2 bottle of isopure thru the day S: maybe some yogurt Hope your day was grand! ~Tiffany

Here is what I ate: B: 2oz Buffalo flavored deli Chicken with 2 Tablespoons of LF Cream Cheese smeared on top. (served cold) L: 1/2 Cup LF Cottage Cheese with 1 teaspoon of FF Italian dressing and some pepper mixed in. (But a little did not stay down, the first couple of bites came right back up, then I was fine Maybe I ate too fast) D: 3 oz Southwest Bonesless/Skinless Chicken Strips with LF Mozzarella melted on top. (Only ate 1/2, will have rest when I get the munchies tonight) F: Drinking 1 Scoop Nectar with 8 oz SF Orangeade as I type TOTALS Cals. 600 Fat 15 Carb 20 Protein 96! (What!!! I had no idea it was that high, till I just looked at my fitday! Whoo hoo) Vits: 1/2 done Fluids: Not bad, but I would like to get more in. Maybe 30oz so far Excersice: Walked 40 minutes, again walked longer distance then ever before

b- small pancake with sugar free syrup l- 1/4 piece of toast with 2 bites of tuna d- 3-4 bites of chicken from a lean cusine (my son finished it off) s- sf pop water only 18 oz so far but sipping. Exercise - 1 mile walk on the beach and grocery shopping walking around Walmart Have a good night all! I'm on the road to recovery - it's like nothing happened at all. They removed the bad and I'm all better! Hugs, Julie
