What's on YOUR menu for Monday

B- 3 slices of 97% FF Honey Ham and a light string cheese
L- 2 tablespoons of low carb peanutbutter and a triscuit on the go cheese & cracker pack
D- Chicken soup. I made Betty Crocker slow cooker helper chicken & dumplings but didn't add the dumplings. It was good and went down easy because the boneless/skinless chix thighs I put in cooked for 8 hours.
Desert- 1/4 cup sf chocolate pudding.
