Good Afternoon ladies How is everyone doing? I'm doing ok. Cybil, my pouch, is being very difficult today so my eating has been very bad. I feel awful. Here is what I ate...... B~1/2 a protein shake L~Few bites of meat loaf that didn't sit very well D~Protein shake S~Protein shake My nut told me when I have days that eating is not going well, at least drink protein shakes. 16 oz of propel and 16 oz of water. I'm still sipping Exercise: 15 min. walk Kay

That's how I felt on Sunday. I felt like I couldn't eat anything....too full too fast. Here's what I ate today: B- 4 oz. Carb & Sugar control yogurt w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder S-8 oz. Carb Countdown milk w/ 1 scoop choc protein powder (hot chocolate....yum!) L-2 small turkey meatballs w/ gravy 2 spoonfuls LF cottage cheese D- 2 oz. salmon 1 tbsp green beans (if I can get those down!) S-protein drink I usually get over 100 g protein each day and so far I've had 40 oz. of fluids and will hopefully get over 64 oz. by the end of the night. Hope you feel better, Kay April

Hi Everyone, Today was another cold day here in NY but at least not a blizzard. Hope you feel better soon Kay. B-4 ounces of Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt w/Fiber Strawberry L-1/2 c. of No Salt Added Cottage Cheese with 1 half of canned peach D-2 tablespoons of canned corn, 2 tablespoons of mashed potato, 1/4 c. of chicken and 2 small cooked shrimp. S-5 saltines with PB Water-about 32 ounces so far. Exercise-30 minutes at curves Carly

Must be something in the air Anyway here's my menu: Breakfast - 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese Lunch - 3oz lite & fit Cherry Vanilla Yogurt which I spoiled with 1/2 Unflavored Unjury Protein Powder Dinner - Made a great omelet with fresh mushrooms and lowfat cheedar cheese toped of with some picante sauce for some zing. Kinda made up for my yucky lunch. To get in enough protein today I will have to have a sf coco later Hugs, Ronna

Hi! I think I ate for everyone today. I was truly experiencing hunger and wanted food. Real hunger, real food. Looking back at my last few days and keying it into fitday, I see that I was under protein by about 10g each day and that likely means no weight loss this week. Anyway, I started to eat every 2 hours....here's the dirty detail: B: 1/4 c eggbeater with 2 pinches cheese. My dog hovers knowing I wont eat it all, he loves that there's now scraps in our life. He got a little less than half. S1: 1/3 bottle isopure S2: cheese stick L: (early) went to the salad bar in the cafeteria. Ate the egg whites (about 2 eggs worth), kidney beans, a few sliced black olives (in honor of yesterday's post on olives), peas, feta cheese, 3 slices of beets, a few small chunks of turkey and some light ranch dressing. Never got to the lettuce.... S3: the rest of the bottle of isopure S4: some low sugar yogurt - blueberry D: 2 oz of pintos from Baja S5: another ounce of black beans from Baja S6: a bite of a SF klondike and then threw out the rest of the package as they give me a stomach ache. Oh my. I am not hungry anymore. Everything I wanted was protein. I have to be more careful. I think I over estimated as I read the protein count on a package and really, I dont eat enuf to be a full serving so my numbers were coming out higher than what I actually consumed. Also, spoke to a nutritionist friend about iron. She says I should not eat my beans and cottage (or any) cheese together anymore. Iron and calcium negate each other so I am eating two super foods that are not doing me any good when they are combined. That was my favorite.... I did get in over 70 oz of water. I am not sure how with all the continual eating but I did. Tomorrow's a new day. Tiffany

B:2 oz Deli Turkey with 1 tbs. FF Cream Cheese and 1 oz LF Mozzarella Cheese F: 8 oz Carb Countdown milk L: Carb Control Strawberry Yogurt D: 3 oz Turkey breast, 2 tbs cream of chicken soup, 1 oz low fat cream cheese (this was cooked in a slow cooker all together) F: Will have some Nectar Protein later TOTALS: Cals 652 Fat 25 Carbs 18 Protein 88 Vits: 1/2 done Fluids: only 30oz grrrr. i NEED to up this Excercise: 15 minute walk- will hopefully do some step tonight.
